stock options management and reporting.
Personally I like SEC reporting. I work with the controller and corporate
executives, knowing the big picture of the company's current financial
status and future plans. Usually I am very busy in the SEC filing season (
10Q, 10K, Proxy, and any registration statements).
For equity management, it's not difficult. The daily update of grants and
