85趟动车商务座、特等座试行分时段特惠，最高折扣8折
新京报讯（记者刘春瑞）6月27日起，京沪高铁85列动车组列车的商务座、特等座
票价试行分时段特惠。商务座票价在现票价基础上下浮10%-20%，特等座票价在现票价
基础上下浮10%。
北京铁路局相关人士介绍，此次特惠只涉及京沪高铁本线列车，走部分京沪高铁线
路的列车不在优惠之列。例如北京南到青岛、杭州的动车组需要走部分京沪高铁线路，
但不在特惠之列。
根据特惠方案，特惠分为预售期1-5天和6-12天，周一至周四和周五至周日两个限
制时间段。在票价上，原价1750元的商务座打8折或9折，分别为1400元、1575元。原价
1055元的特等座打9折，折后价为949元。
各个车次的打折时段不一。
例如，北京南-上海虹桥的G1次列车商务座在预售期12天内，不分周几，都会打8折
。上海虹桥-北京南的G128次列车限周五至周日发车，预售期在6-12天内的特等座会打9
折。而北京南-上海虹桥的G147次列车商务座，周一至周四，预售期12天内打8折；周五
至周日，只在预售期6-12天内打9折。

记得有位上届中央领导人来我市考察时，在内部
讲话时提到西方民主思想对中国的渗透，他表达了一个
想法，就是谁不想中国马上变成像欧美一样的民主自由
的国家呢？ 当初中国共产党革命的理想就是自由，民主
和富强。但是中国的历史和现实不容许党这么做。
他举例说如果真的一人一票，全国很多地区会出现
历史倒退的潮流，比如如果大部分人投票要求分
富人的财产，你怎么办？如果大部分人投票要求
批斗有才有财的，你又怎么办？如果大部分人投票要吃大锅饭，
你给不给大家吃？
所以对西方的抵制，不是抵制自由和民主，而是抵制
历史倒退，而是抵制反改革的势力。他这话很可能是
中央领导的内部共识，只是没有公开报道，而梁振英
也可能深刻领会了，所以脱口而出。 |

1960年代，为了攻击古巴革命，美国通过了《古巴情况法》，按照法律规定，在1959年
后到达美国的古巴移民在美国住满一年后可以获得永久居留权。
1980年时，卡斯特罗为了报复美国，放开对马列尔港的控制，大约15万古巴人一次性偷
渡到佛罗里达州。利用这次行动，清空了古巴所有的监狱和精神病院。史称“马列尔偷
渡事件”。而作为佛罗里达州最靠近古巴的大型港口迈阿密成为最主要的古巴难民接收
地。
城市生存环境的恶化，使大量白人开始逃离迈阿密，在60年代初，传统的英美白人比例
是90%，这个比例稳定了差不多二十年。经历1980年的那次大规模罪犯偷渡事件后，到
90年代，传统的英美白人数量已不足十分之一，迈阿密成为名副其实的拉美之都。为了
应付犯罪高峰，迈阿密警察局急招人手迈阿密实际上是成了冷战的牺牲品，城市治安一
落千丈，黑帮横行，毒品走私猖獗。 |
