RB比去年有很大提高,主要是DEPTH上的提高,这非常重要
另外MLB位置上终于有保障了,MLB的位置是去年FRONT SEVEN唯一的弱点,因为DEPTH
CHART上没有MLB的人,主力一伤,没有替补上(替补都是TRANSFER,必须SIT
OUT),去年对MICHIGAN,主力MLB受伤,结果就是RUSHING DEF 崩溃.
今年的DEEP 2,两个都是PROVED PLAYER,没有问题.
DEF LINE,情况看起来不错,应该不比去年差多少.
O LINE,目前看起来问题还是有的,不过呢,现在的DEATH
CHART比以前可好多了,可以排出DEEP 3(大概有15个O LINE), 去年每个位置上只有两个人
,相对比较吃力.
QB,目前我人为ZWICK基本可以和KRENZEL差不多, KRENZEL的关键在于可以扔4TH AND 14,
这中心理素质不是教练能培养的,我也不指望ZWICK能做到了,不过我看反错误还比较少,如
果能COMP 60%的话,PASSING GAME就应该有很不错的成绩了.

加上Ted的出色表现，buckeyes轻松赢了假osu。zwick again performed very very
well
against Miami (OH) in the season opener of 05。
接下来就是迎战no2长角。大家尽管认为我是事后诸葛亮，不过看了年初玫瑰碗的表现，
我对VY非常担心。当时我在国内，下载了差不多一天才下完这场球。虽然明知输掉了，
但是看的时候一直感觉是能赢的。这场球，AJ和defense played a very solid game,
limited VY on the ground, sacked him 3 times, inted him 1 (?) time and put
the offense in the position to win even near the end of the game。
这场球，很多人，甚至包括长角球迷都承认如果TS打全场，我们胜出的
可能性还 |

发帖数: 196 | 5 同意, 我也觉得05那年的防守是近年来最强的，VY 在columbus 没攒什么便宜 一度还
很狼狈。
上来我们用 Zwick 0：10 然后上了 TS 一度反超，如果不是那个endzone drop. 比赛
结果可能就不一样了。
最后被长角反超后，其实还有时间，fieldgoal 就可以了，好像最后时候又换上 zwick
，就没戏了。。。
那年进攻也很牛阿，Ted Ginn, Holms, 都在巅峰阿，
好像那年NFL draft Five 1st round？
可惜了那年。。。。 |

nation :) So buckeyes CB tradition continues :)
Great job in Tressel.. got the no. 1 QB 2 years ago in Zwick,
no. 1 RB in Clarett, instant All-American Holmes, and last night's
MVP AJ Hawk.
now we await the decision from Fred Davis, a top WR prospect to
commit to buckeyes (the other contenders are Miami and USC). hope

How many team could recover from 3 TOs without panic? How many coaches
still trust QB after 2 int and 2 fumbles when the 2nd guy may be as good?
Look at the fire power we have this year on offense and not to mention
the solid D.
I wanted to write something after reviewing the game tape, but was too busy.

但今天给northwestern的四分卫的压力明显不够
大多时候他都能从容传球，没有被sack过几次（还是一次都没有）
因此让他们很多次convert 3rd down成功
其次在进攻时，offensive line 保护一般，qb被多次sack，zwick也
比较稚嫩，在传球准确度，旋转性，时机，视野等很多方面都待提高，
rb ross 现在是一直疲软，pittman看起来还有希望
对big ten的比赛都会很艰难，purdue要是打出今天对nd的水准，osu
基本上一点机会都没有
希望球队更加努力，把输球化做动力 |

算是比较完整地follow了TS的成长之路。给大家回顾一下。如有疏漏之处，
欢迎大家指出。
高中就不提了，从02年开始。当年的第一个sholly是Maurice Clarrett。
TS是02年的最后一个scholarship, as an athlete, not QB.两个人有相似的
家庭背景，相似的童年。唯一不同的就是TS遇到了Tedd Ginn, Sr.而MoC
never had such a father figure in his life, which may contributed to
his self-destruction.

03年played a bit on special team.
很多人认为JT didn't handle TS well at least at the beginning。

MoC事件搞得大家都极其的不爽。
Zwick名不副实，昏招迭出。d虽然还不错，但是没有offense的帮助，
终于worn out。
Nugggg依然神勇，但是也就欺负了一下wolfpak和marshall。
Troy Smith公开表达不满，队里人心惶惶。
比赛之前，tOSU已经输了4场比赛。TS接手QB以后，虽然赢了两场，但是
客场输给了kyle orton的boilermaker。
UM当时只输了一场，8分输给了ND。排名第7。赢了就是B10outright #1，
输了也是co #1。
这场比赛的英雄当之无愧的属于Troy Smith，是他的coming out party。
我当时在现场，buckeyes got a TD first, but UM dominated the next two series
with two TDs. 当时全场的球迷都和我一样，心说，完蛋了。
Then TS started his magic。连跑带传，一共的了400+ yds。
Led two drives of 97 and 98 yds.

. 2 weeks later lost in happy valley against the lions.
这对当年有着很大的期望的buckeyes来说是个沉重的打击。
在此之后，TS和全队越大越好。
Before The Game, Buckeyes排名第9。Wolverines输了三场，是主场下狗。
这是我唯一一次在AA看球，天比较冷，还偶尔下雨。周围有很多obnoxious
的wol扇子。不知一个咬牙切齿地要break AJ Hawk's legs。
They kinda got their wishes, since Bobby Carpenter broke his leg on the 1st
play.
这场比赛应该说tOSU明显要强，但是客场比赛，总是容易出问题。
先是extra point miss，后是Ted Ginn两次mishandle punts，
让我安心得失TS始终kept his cool。

TS开始是athl招来的 是gin的老爸拉的关系 他开始一直混迹在special team和rb
position，后来慢慢打成qb的 开始他也是希望打qb 02夺冠的时候他就是qb backup，
