今天继续Zipper Skate/Zipper Switch。仔细体会recovery arm在放慢的移动过程中身
体的平衡和下沉的情况。
1、书里面提到对于sinker，可以不用把手移动到儿旁，而是移动到肩膀旁。这样的确
可以改善下沉状况。而leading arm下沉倒对身体的整体下沉没有改善。
2、我的身体下沉应该是整体都下沉了。 以至于气呼尽后口鼻还未露出水面，导致有点
panic，我的对治方法是呼出半口气就转体，给身体上浮留出时间。
3、全程收下颌还是没做到
4、做Zipper Switch比Zipper Skate下沉情况要好些。不知道为什么
5、这几天三角肌发酸，以前从来没有过，不知道是不是放慢recovery的后果
6、这些练习还是有效的，在未感觉用力程度增加的情况下，最近的划水效率和速度都
有提高。我觉得最近在姿势上的改变有两点，第一是侧身幅度大了；第二是手入水点更
靠近头部（Zipper Skate/Zipper Switch刻意夸张强调recovery arm移动至耳边入水对

今天练习新的drill，Zipper Skate和Zipper Switch。此前跟着TI的视频教学（优酷上
有，美国可以看到）中的一段陆上练习（大概在开始后20'48"的时间左右）做过。

这是一个手臂recover的辅助练习。要点是lead with elbow as long as possible，小
臂放松垂直如钟摆，手就像拉拉链一样沿胸骨一线从肚子拉到耳朵位置。头始终看下面。
本来以为很容易。结果到水里一做，完全找不到感觉。按照书上的图形和要求，应该是
手拉动到耳朵附近时。手应该在水里，但胳膊应竖立在水面之上，如鲨鱼鳍。（见图）
而我手臂大部分都沒在水下了。做起来和Under Switch差不多。主要是如果慢慢拉动手
臂，身体平衡会变化，身体下沉。书上提出的解决办法是leading arm往下一些，从三

今天继续练习Zipper Skate以及Zipper Switch (Single/Double/Triple) drills.
今天着重体会的是转体过程中臂、肩、髋、腿的同步。争取没有滞后脱节的部位。在练
习过程中慢慢地越来越多地感觉到 Leading Arm抓住水中某一点，身体翻滚过那一点的
感觉。好像是一种取巧的办法，即划水臂无力时，身体前钻。但是有时候感觉划水有力
，动作协调时，身体两侧会感觉有一个很强的转动力矩。
今天发现Whole Stroke Swim时，Recovering Arm动作不一致。有的时候小臂是下垂的
；但有的时候是手指小臂向前刺出的。这个随着自觉程度的提高，以后应该能慢慢改善
。
这几次结束前都潜游进行深水按摩。发现气真的很短，气开始短以后，马上可以感觉到
脚和小腿发酸了。现在总是只能游到一半距离。即只有12、13米。以前25米是完全不成
问题的。 |

什么的卡住，一切完好，就是拉不下，我只好改为套头衫脱下来。
我思想，这也不是事啊，天也不冷，我回家也不能穿个夹克拉到嗓子眼，岂不是会被戒

一切看上去完好，就是拉不下来，什么东西卡住。google , 都是坏了怎么修的，没帮
助。我拿个区别针拨楞，发现它下面有个小眼，一捅，啪，掉下一个小pin. 然后
Zipper完全工作

道的，就象zipper一样一边一个齿吻合起来。Learly merge时候要并进去的车基本都是
在见缝插针，碰上不nice的还不让你并进来，得重新找缝，确实不如late merge来的

今天继续练习Zipper Skate和Zipper Switch，开始加上Double Zipper Skate。
终于在今天Zipper Skate时把Recovery Arm移到耳边时竖出水面了。感觉一个是以前刚
刚开始新drill不够放松；一个是侧身幅度可能还是不够。今天这两点做得比较好。
以前和dzxy指导讨论过，Zipper Switch(Single/Double/Triple)，是要通过夸张的转
体动作（身体从侧卧位转到另一侧近仰卧呼吸位，即所谓Sweet-Spot，见图），来强调
和强化Whole Stroke Swim中的Body Rotation动作习惯，也让转体在自由泳中更顺畅平
滑自然。
作为Zipper Switch Drills的开始动作的Zipper Skate，和作为结束动作的Sweet-Spot
，共同点是一手前伸在水下，一手在后贴紧大腿侧面，而且都要求后面贴大腿的胳膊由

从我对green/blue line的理解，你这个video里好像还是时不时在运用了green/blue
line？感觉有时候会在包正上刹一下，然后走green line，或者快一点的时候转到blue
line来turn。另一些时候没有在包上刹就直接turn了，更像zipper line。但不管哪个
线路turn,都有在用absorption吧。我问这个是因为看你文档里说，zipper line是true
mogul skiing，如果要学一开始就要像zipper line world cup动作学。
我现在主要是黑道大包滑的不好，本来是觉得green/blue line上手应该容易些（我偏
all mountain skier)，然后慢慢过渡到zipper line。不知道是不是现在应该放弃
green blue，直接回蓝道把zipper line练好？我蓝道软雪或者小包下不是问题，这两
个line都时不时在用，但我没系统学习过mogul的知识，感觉上了黑道就一片茫然。 |

体。 你下的线其实 和 zipper line 差不多，但是没有撞包减速，走的是trough , 然
后，又有时候还侧刮 包的 spine ,来减速 (blue line), 当然， 你都知道啦，一滑起
来就控制不了了。你已经下的很流畅了，你追求的 另一个境界了.
上次 CTSports 贴的那个小妞滑的 zipper line 比你更接近 zipper line, 她有很明
显的撞包的动作.
我觉得你真要进步，可能还是要回到最 fundermental 的去练. 我的教练跟我说最好找
个非常初级的 蓝道 mogul 去练. |

3.第二个视频2'10''到2'22''，示范的也是标准的zipper line
下面这个是所谓的green/blue line，我不care什么是blue什么是green，所谓的blue/

速，ski横过来的非常多，zipper line在于body move down fall line。可以明显看出
来，我为了尽量想follow zipper line，但是又很怕速度很想减速，所以我的sliding
很多。
trough line是什么我也不清楚，我的理解是body沿着trough有更多更明显lateral的
movement，可以想象下，如果我的这个视频是带更多carved turn来滑比较圆比较稀疏
的蘑菇的时候，绕过一个个的蘑菇，应该就是trough line。 |

发帖数: 141 | 36 我也是对蘑菇比较喜欢，所以冒昧探讨一下。 Trough line好像指的是走沟底。如果包
间过度比较柔和，没有突兀的深沟突变等等，可以直接走沟底，很多陡蘑菇道下到最后
坡度会变缓包间距宽阔些，因为一般比较短，坡度也缓下来了，可以直接放板走沟底，
跟水流一样走，不用考虑速度太快。但是之前的陡的蘑菇需要更多靠AE吸收控制速度，
走的是front corner就是包的半腰或者更低，主要靠跳转多一些，基本不搓雪，也没法
走沟底因为通常沟太深板进去了会别住。这些基本上都可以上身直对山下。再陡的就需
要加上身体左右移动加上更多的edge set来控制。特陡特深的蘑菇，我感觉就需要加进
更多的身体回转以及雪板回转幅度来控制速度和节奏。当然蘑菇滑法差别很大，我个人
感觉这可能是比较适合我自己努力的方向。现在我也只能说处于蓝道蘑菇的水平吧。下
周我跟随OnEdge一起到科州，到时候可以趁机向你多多请教。

因為日本人的執著, 所以在復刻拉鍊牛仔褲的時候, 亦要用上舊拉鍊, 好像 Stormy
Blue 的 452PZ, 便用了原版的 42 Talon 拉鍊, 但因為時光的飛逝, 全新的舊拉鍊愈
來愈難找, 又或很昂貴, 又或要從舊褲拆出來, 於是便將舊拉鍊復刻.
但因為成本的問題, 拉鍊必須大量生產才能有成本效益, 所以, 曾出現過的復刻牛仔褲

这事发生在美帝，但天朝网站跟帖都过三万了。主要是赞以下几点：
1) 摩托车主没有路怒，而是反映给警察。是非就由警察根据视频判断了。
2) 警察反应速度快，三言两语就出警了。而不像天朝，这种鸡毛蒜皮的事根本不管。
如果警察不管，屁民就只能用“自己的方法”解决了。
3) 警察一亮灯，两旁的车都靠边停。这在天朝是不可思议的。
再补充一下，这不是超车，而是并道(merge)。一般的惯例是 zipper merge，也就是说
，左边上一辆，然后右边上一辆。这样对大家都公平。
在视频中，摩托车是左车道，大货车和小车是右车道。到了并道的地方，大货车先入。
按里说应该轮到摩托车。但小车不断鸣号，抢着要先进。这就不符合 zipper merge 的
