I will go to NUS, Singapore this summer for M.S.
I want to go to USA for Ph.D. after I get my M.S. degree
But I heard someone said that Chinese students
should come back to China to apply visa for USA,
is it right?
BTW, my visa application was denied by USA embassy in Beijing
last year. So, I wonder how it will affect my visa appl |
