是平时走路或站立的时间太长，鞋子没能使脚底整体的有效分散压力，压力都让脚跟承
受导致。需要买对足弓有支持的鞋子。查了一下，好像就只有nike airmax有这个功能
。但是这鞋子挺贵的，最便宜的都要75刀。kohls/jcpenny/zappos这三家都有卖。但是
我没有kohls的卡。不知道什么时候有折扣之类的，哪家折扣多一些。 |
