I have a room for rent in Queens New York, located at Elmhurst.
1) Condition
This is a three-story private house. The owner's family live in the first
floor. You are going to share kitchen and restroom with the other two in the
second floor. But they rarely used the Kitchen. So it is basically all
yours. The room is quite big, and furnished with basic furnitures, bed,
closet, desk, bookcase, chair...
2) Utility
480$ includes everything, except internet, which you need to install by

it's a really really good book, called:
"Codependent no more: how to stop controlling others and start caring yourse

this book includes a lot of extreme cases and some mild cases in the introdu
ction. But I think the basic principle is applied to all relationship, no ma
tter it's normal or not. It's difficult to really appreciate the point "bein
g happy is your own thing" unless you really sit down and think about it. Re
