生。硬木地板家具齐全，包水,400/month。地理位置方便，步行20分钟到rutgers. 距
离校车站，BUS都是一两个街口。停车街趴，离280桥下步行五分钟，非常方便。电气网
费三人均分（平时就是每人一共20几块钱，冬天1月份最多60多点）离洗衣店步行1分钟
。离fresh market, shoprite, AJ seabra 都是步行十分钟即可。
距离harrison PATH 步行15分钟，20分钟PATH即可到达downtown WTC

刚刚从纽约搬到bay area. 还在适应当中。对san Francisco 了解还不多，心里还在
debate自己是不是作了一个对的选择，想听听大家的看法
搬离纽约的一个主要原因是觉得居住空间受限，觉得纽约周边的single family houses
都太旧了，1920 年左右建的房子一大把，要是能找到一个1975年建的就要烧高香了。
关键是老房子的格局我不喜欢，洗手间和卧室都不大。看着各个屋子和厅的位置朝向，
总是觉得不够满意。而且commute到纽约的费用也蛮高的，相同的距离比在bay area坐
caltrain到san Francisco + light rail (muni)的monthly pass要贵至少$100。纽约

国内一个朋友的孩子拿到这个校区商学院marketing的OFFER准备读本科，是2+2项目，
说是先在york校区读两年，然后参加考试，如果成绩好就转到主校区park校区读两年。
不知道这事儿靠不靠谱。
如果靠谱，不知道两年的那个考试是怎么样的条件才能进PARK？
听说PENN STATE的本科新生都不是直接进PARK的，是这样的吗？
还听说YORK校区发的学历中国国内都不承认，不清楚。

chinatown bus每周除了周六凌晨都有发往纽约的车，12:30am出发，7:00am左右到.

It is true that subway in Manhattan is very convenient. 一般大家都不开车，因
为开车的话也很堵，不光是manhattan,像queens, brooklyn, 或者从城外（例如，long
island, Wechester,new jersey开车进城，都会堵的）城市都这样吧。
我平时住在三藩城外，只是每天座caltrain进城上班，所以目前traffic对我的影响不
大，还需要再观察。到目前为止除了去上班的地方，其他只去了三藩城里的两个地方，
（坐bus到中国大使馆和Muni到Stonetown mall）. 到了晚上Muni不frequent，花了好
长时间等。
同意South/East Bay比较适恰有family， new york更容易meet new people.One
character about new york is continuously meeting new people but hard to keep
a long term friendship/relationship.

I bought some tickets between baltimore and New York City but no longer need
them. From now till the end of September, every Friday afternoon between 6-
9pm from NYC to Bal, and every Sunday afternoon 7-9pm and Monday 7-8am from
Bal to NYC. $6 one way.
