(1) As an outsider who have never been to China, I often recollect photo
images of China, when Western journalists were allowed in at the time China
started opening its door.
I came to US in August 1984. Taiwan had banned almost everything about China

日本《讀賣新聞》刊登一幅，從高空拍攝的東海春曉油氣田海上設施照片，見到海水變
色，質疑是否中方開採造成。日本海上自衛隊巡邏機近日拍攝到，中方運送器材到東海
的海上設施，政府認為好大可能是鑽探設備，專家正鑑定，海上自衛隊會繼續在周邊加
強監察。日本新任外相前原誠司表示，若果中國單方面開採，日方將採取相應措施；敦
促中方恪守兩國零八年達成，共同開發的原則共識。
前原在上任後召開首次記者會又指，憂慮中國增加軍費，希望中方能夠切實盡責說明。
他強調，中國經濟發展成果顯著，應該構建中日兩國戰略互惠關係。他又指日本按照國
內法律，處理中日在釣魚台的撞船事件，是理所當然，會要求中方冷靜應對。

今天的人民日报日本版转载了该报旗下《环球时报》的一篇报道，题为《奥斯威辛
解放60周年 日本媒体不报道纪念活动》，阅后不禁莫名其妙。这几天，奥斯威辛解放
60周年是日本报章国际报道的重头戏，怎么会有“不报道”之说？
这位环球时报记者写道：“在日本，记者却根本看不到任何有关奥斯威辛的纪念活
动或报道。记者专门查了一下近几天日本各大媒体的报道，竟没有一条有关奥斯威辛纪
念活动的消息。”
事实是怎样的呢？日本传媒从几天前起就已开始报道奥斯维辛60周年的有关新闻，
包括24日联合国的有关会议，今天（1月28日），不仅日本的五大新闻集团属下的报章
和电视台，不分平时的立场“左”右，都在主要版面或新闻时段报道了纪念典礼，连日
本的地方报章，如河北新报、中日新闻、熊本日日新闻、四国新闻等地方报纸，都报道
了纪念典礼的情况，并回顾了纳粹屠杀犹太人的历史事实。

TOKYO (AP) — Japan plans to buy at least a fifth of the initial installment
of the bonds being sold to finance Europe's bailout fund, which is aimed at
rescuing Ireland.
Finance Minister Yoshihiko Noda said Tuesday that his government plans to

東電は１５日未明、１４日午後９時ごろ、福島第一原発の正門で中性子線を検出し
たと発表した。放射線量は不明だが、１４日午前に水素爆発を起こした同原発３号
機の燃料から出た可能性があるとしている。

山口県の二井関成知事は１４日、福島第一原発の爆発事故を受け、中国電力が進める
上関(かみのせき)原子力発電所について、建設工事の中断を同社に申し入れたことを
明らかにした。
同社の松井三生(みつお)副社長と１３日に会談した西村亘副知事が、上関原発が福
島第一原発と同じ沸騰水型であることに触れ、「国と東京電力の対応を見極め、必要
な措置を講じてほしい」と、工事中断を求めた。松井副社長は「申し出の趣旨は重く
受け止める」と答えたという。
中電によると、上関原発はマグニチュード（Ｍ）８?６の地震を想定し、４?６メー
トルの津波に耐えられる護岸を整備する計画。
二井知事は「今回、上関原発で想定する規模を超す地震（Ｍ９?０）が発生し、事故
が起きたのだから、国や中電は今後どうするかを考えることになるだろう。工事を中
断して対応してほしい」と述べた。 |
