But, the lawyer's argument is reasonable, as well. worker's comp claims
exclude your right to sue for occupational injury. this is part of the law.
I guess the main point here is she is suing her senior and YNHH for not
teaching her the proper way to perform. which brings the ultimate question,
r the 'teachers' responsible for apprentices' safety. indeed it is a
