the most notable scottish actor perhaps is sean connery. ewan mcgregor is the
second, i think. he kept saying 'yew' instead of 'you' even in an american
film. ;)
the oddest grammer i've ever noticed is in "little voice". brenda blethyn is

发帖数: 2888 | 30 我知道的好像是这样，紫杉醇的分离以前是一种树的树皮，那个树生长很缓慢，似乎需
要几百年的样子，而且树皮一剥，树就死了，所以原料供应成了大问题。
后来有人发现欧洲的一种树，European yew，他的needle中可以分离出来一个分子叫做
10-deacetylbaccatin，这个分离过程是可以重复的，据说量很大，不像剥树皮一样树
就死了。这个分子可以用来作为紫杉醇和成的前体。
ＦＳＵ拥有这个专利，卖给了ＢＭＳ。后来发明这个专利的教授还和学校打过官司，他
捐给学校几千万，盖一个楼，结果换了校长，修改了他对楼房的设计，那个教授很生气
，就告了学校，要求把钱拿回来。学校说他很变态，设计的楼房有多少通风厨他都要要
求。
最近发现有真菌可以制造紫杉醇。 |

表达水平，现在这个值还是低 （448.52 ug/L)。当然比起单纯从紫杉里提取的量，那还是可观的。但是这个值有没有夸大，就另说了。
btw, 他们那些提高表达水平的手段还是太传统了

老鼠当然没有活四年，是这个colony我们一直在maintain。
环境的因素有可能，但是变量太多了，很难一一排除啊。

再杀一只看看。组化还没有做，一般该怎么染呢，就是H&E? 看哪个组织呢？胃吗？

（长弓呈简单的圆弧型，属单体弓，没有清弓/蒙古弓反弯的复杂形状,从材料到工艺都

“弓者，揉木而弦之以发矢”，长弓由一条完整的木材弯制而成，长弓的强劲就全靠它
了。上好
的弓用坚硬而有弹性的木料制作，紫杉木（Yew）、榆木（Elm）、白蜡木（Ash）、橡木
（Oak）等。选料要十分仔细，制作要严谨，但并不复杂，技艺高超的制弓师傅2个小时
之内就
能做好一张弓（这一点鄙人持保留意见，2个小时一张弓，那得什么样的技术熟练程度
！）。
原料要选树干中部笔直的部分，纹理均匀，没有木节。将原木的大部分边材削去，得到
