characterization背景，目前在写一篇小paper,背景极其普通，不入流的学校。
昨天去on-site面试的职位是一个大药厂的research position, 11月21号，接到HM的电
话面试，之前都忘记啥时候投的简历和job description，幸好又去其career网站上
log in 查了一下自己的申请后才知道是10月底投的建立。HM的电话面试持续了大概40
分钟，主要问了一些实验方面的，其中重点问了有啥trouble以及如何trouble-
shooting的，也穿插了一些behavioral questions, 比如: What's your biggest
achievement? 这些behaviroal questions不会超出Martin Yate's的书 'Knock'em
dead'，此书我从今年5月就开始翻看，已经翻了大概3遍了（不是系统的从头到尾看下
来的，就是有空就翻翻），感觉自己回答的比较好，HM一个劲的说good good. 我也没
太在意，毕竟今年工作不好找 |

一、职位搜索网站
1. Jobguideweb.com
此网站将Indeed和Simplyhired上的信息综合在一起，可以叫做advanced aggregator,
用户不需要去输入搜素关键词，而是可以在首页直接点击职位进入，尤其适合IT,
engineering, web, finance等行业。此网站还提供了用户讨论和图书推荐功能，可以在上
面提问、交流经验和购书。
2. Indeed.com, simplyhired.com
这两个网站都是Job Search Aggregator, 将来自众多企业网站和招聘网站的信息综合
在一起，信息比较全面。但也不是万全的，有的小公司或者小网站上的信息就不能被这两家
搜到。
3. Monster, careerbuilder, hotjobs
这就是传统的三大网站，不过已经是日趋衰落了，recruiting agency发布的信息的比
例越来越高，这些机会大多是Contract. 但是这三个网站投递简历还是比较方便，在上面发布
简历也有机会被Recruiter找到，但要经常update。

1. H1B期间创业(485未交): 我的理解是可以注册公司, 可以雇人, 但自己不能从公司
领工资, 因为你的工作许可只能为现在公司(H1B Sponsor)工作的. 但是, 公司的dividend
可以成为你的个人收入. 因为不能为公司工作, 所以这其间创业对保持身份没有帮助.
