年才全职回去多了12年。比起培养的中国学生也多多了，算国内贡献肯定不会小。如果

Yao, as CEO, had a bet with some funds that wuba could go to 58. To give
credits to Yao, one fund pulled the stock price to 58 and then left
immediately. Yao is a CEO that has very good relationship with buy side and

发帖数: 43 | 42 材料终于寄出去了, 现在有时间, 多提供些细节吧, 省得大家花冤枉钱
1.之前在考虑找哪个律师办, 询问了3 4家,最后因为Yao的办公室离我非常近,一开始回
email最快, 加上是批准后付后一半律师费选了他
2.签了合同和交了前一半的律师费后, 回复开始非常非常慢, 与交钱前判若两人,
email不太回, 打电话找不到, 都是秘书接的, 答应会打回来, 已经20多次了, 从来没
有打回来, 要你自己再打.
3. 我之前办过EB1b,所以材料很全了, 基本上简单改改就行了. Yao答应在某天把材料
改好, 从来没有准时, 都要一催再催
4. PL就是改了改模板,contribution那项就是copy/paste推荐信,更甚至于忘了改模板
里的专业, 还拼错我的一个推荐人的名字, 根本不上心. PL要自己好好看看, 不要盲目
信任律师

也许Yao真的很忙, 不过不管怎么样, 总体觉得他不上心. 而且交了钱后觉得像受骗上

谢之心。打酱油路过看到这个帖子，一方面是逆反心理，一方面觉得有超级黑的嫌疑。
本人没有去读那些所谓黑姚律师的帖子，只是无立场单对此贴提出以下问题，如能澄清
，将各方皆大欢喜。
1。你是谁？一个律师的名声遭到攻击，本人不出来，来了个莫名其妙“瞎折腾”。这
本身就是问题。如果本人觉得不屑在本版发贴，你又为何违背本人意愿瞎折腾？
2。不是一个无头贴就能证明：姚新宇 = David Yao = Zengjian Yao。你实质说出了一
个震撼的消息：姚新宇 = David Yao 没有律师执照。
3。一个律师，完全隐藏正式注册律师的真名字，用另一个名字开展业务。a.本身是有
法律问题的；b.目的何在；c.后果是客户及有关监管部门无法有效监督。
4。两个月失踪，失去联系，你觉得用度假可以解释。那是你错误地把这个版的人当作
智商不全的一群人。所以怀疑你是超级黑，告诉大家他随时有可能突然失踪两个月去度
假，以后谁还敢找他？如果“客户可以给他发邮件联系”，那时他回信了，并没有失踪

以前已经有几次板上有人反映新川粤把剩菜再利用的事件了，例如打包回去的水煮牛发现鱼片。。。
。，还曾经给小老板提及过这件事，他说这绝对不可能，及有可能是来来老板背后中伤。这次自己撞
上，真tmd气死了。今天点了个干锅鱼，吃的时候就觉得大块鱼片不多，小而碎的多，也没在意。到

个劲的说再送一个，不停的道歉。操！！！
