MEDIARING公司从26号开始提高了打到北京等城市的价钱
原来五美分，现在是9美分。
可是26号时我打完后看LOG发现价钱变了，但是网页上仍然
是五美分。
今天我又查了一下，网页上RATES部分已经更新，
但是MEDIARING首页仍然有显眼的广告，打到中国五美分。
26号我就象MEDIARING公司发EMAIL询问了，但是今天才给我回了
告诉我已经变了。没作任何解释。
我认为这属于欺骗，如果说今天他的首页上还有广告是疏忽的话，
26号却无论如何也无法解释的。
各位你们说呢？
还有没有受骗者呢？ |

and how to use "limit" in ftpaccess?
I tried to use limit to restrict the number of users who can access my server
at a particular time, but failed.
So is there any command for me to use to the number of users connecting my server
?
And any command for setting the idle time which will trigger disconnection if
user don't do anything for a period of time?
