processing and received a grant letter from IO XM286. But the processing
time will be 90 days (expedition???). Later we called customer service
again and was told LD's EAD case was assigned to an IO. We also asked
officer Garza about our cases. But every time he told us that our files
were requested for review. Why it takes such a long time for them to get
our files? We tried to send a message to XM286 via TSC foll |

消息. 连续打了3次电话给USCIS, 好不容易最后一次给我做了SR. 但NND, 今天收到来
信:

pasted from this response, I haven't seen any update of my case.
Anyone have good idea for next?
My i-765 was filed with i-485 in Mar, which both got rejected by mistake.
I resent them in Apr. I got receipt on May 16.
"Documentation submitted meets the requirements for expedite processing of
your application/petition. You should receive a decision shortly" -- XM286
(U.S.CIS -07-06-2010).

The other choice is sending email via FOLLOWUP to a specific officer with an
address in email's head.
This address is on the mail that USCIS responds you by mail after your
service request.
I ever sent an email to Officer XM286 who responded my expedite SQ because
no update 3 wks after my SQ.

方处理时间才到3月份。
due to the high volume of expedite requests for this case type, we are
stictly enforcing the criteria that has been set for these expedite
requests. WHile your situation appears serious, you have not provided
evidence of an extreme emergent need.

SR是在电话里做的，就说是finacial loss。 |

不过我觉得你得和大家一样，被第一轮判断紧急情况的人挡回来了。耐心等吧，如果处
理时间到了，还没有批，你做SR就占理了，他们才会take it seriously.

有的人的处理速度快，有的就慢。
