背景：
国内phd，美国top5博士后， EE
paper 10+篇，引用400+
审稿 20+
媒体报道 10+
一个国内部级奖，一个德国洪堡fellow。
推荐信6封，两个独立推荐人
开始几个月一直都没有更新，到五月份的时候突然开始有动静了，每隔几天都看到LUD日子变化，但是状态不变，initial review。到5月28号就停在那里不动了，一直到现在。
问律师，每次都是一个字，“等”。pp？不推荐。自从收了钱就和我打太极，超级拖拉。现在想想真应该自己弄，版上几位都比他强太多。
既然律师无良，只好自己催了。按照版上的程序，先打电话status request，让等33天。不明白为什么是33天，有零有整的。
干等还是没动静，就给TSC写了邮件，Officer XM0150 给回了邮件：
