少了 就这么几家 还有很多有经验有资历的人 年轻人想出头不容易 而且大势是半导体
行业越来越成熟 机会越来越少 到一个还在高速发展的行业拼一下 应该是个好主意
了，和FLG比应该不过分。硬工里面，maxim应该给的也不错，staff见到过base 16万，
了。skyworks要看，刚进去工资不高，但它慢慢给rsu，最后也还可以，不过加州那边行
比上不足比下有余了。 |

校做过15个月的RA，一个Readout IC测试，设计过一个4层测试PCB(100MHz),Xilinx
FPGA编程，dynamic/ functional test. 动手能力很强。RF课上还做过一个1GHz AM
receiver(2层PCB),主要修课的都是Circuit 方向：Analog /Mixed Signal IC design(
ADC/OPMAP/PLL), ASIC design, Digital circuit design, Embedded System design
. semiconductor fabrication也学过，还在cleanroom呆过一学期，反正从Board
level 到Transistor physics Level都学过。
毕业的时候RA那项目给拖得毕业了才找工作。现在做System Test Engineer ，1 yr

试，什么都答不上来， 还紧张发抖。我还是近量提示，大加鼓励。不过后面老大接着
面，直接就叫走人了。
没下文也可理解。有时就是突然hiring freeze。所以面完就 move on， 不要再惦记。
直到HR找你谈offer再想不迟。
再说，能转s/w就不要进h/w。h/w 过两年日子更难过。

人数来自维基，Mkt cap来自当前市值。没算UAP这类没上市的。好像只有亚麻不准，因
为员工22万有可能把物流算进来了。
两个问题：
a) 这种算法准吗？趋势看，马工比硅工确实强很多。不过硅工内比较，顶级硅工公司
Intel也不咋地啊。拿到Intel和Sandisk offer，没人选择后者吧。是不是哪里算错鸟
？ MS人均市值挺高的呀，为毛大家都bs去那里呢？
b) 排名高低与工资水平直接挂钩么？换句话问，跳槽有往低处跳的吗？
为毛FPGA公司人均市值那么高，EDA那么低？相差6倍呢？员工薪水能差6倍吗？
