为这个心率带放了几年坏了。在网上搜了一下，发现这是一个常见的现象，原因是心率
带上的传感器与身体之间接触不好，需要用导电介质填充其间的缝隙。
标准的解决办法是用心电图专用的电解质胶，这个胶亚马逊上有卖的，十刀一筒。现实
中很多人不用这个胶，等到运动出了汗后再读数。还有的人在传感器上吐口吐沫，据说
很管用。我根据这个信息，用盐水涂在传感器上，效果也不错。
用盐水有一个缺点，盐水会沿着肚皮往下流，不易一次成功，立即得到准确的读数。于
是我决定改良一下，用常用的食物添加剂黄原胶(Xanthan Gum)做稠化剂，搞一个电解
质胶，或者说导电胶。家里没有黄原胶的，可以在牙膏或水基的护肤品里加盐，效果应
该是相似的。
唾液里所含的电解质浓度是0.15mM，与血液里的相近，相当于每升水8.6克食盐。汗里
的电解质浓度，几年前的研究结果显示，普通人的汗含0.07mM食盐，长跑运动员的汗里
含的盐少，只有0.05mM食盐，这个能力也能练出来。

和你要做啥没关系。你要做的cream应该不是gel阿，感觉是pseudoplastic的polymer
