WASHINGTON - A 3.6 magnitude earthquake woke the Washington metro region
Friday, rattling homes and startling people.
The U.S. Geological Survey says it happened at exactly 5:04:49 a.m. about 3
miles under the earth's surface.

28 NIH staffers tested positive for coronavirus in Md.
The National Institutes of Health, based in Bethesda, Maryland, confirmed
for WTOP on Monday that it has over two dozen staff members who have tested
positive for COVID-19.
Reached via email, NIH said as of March 27, there were 28 staff members

主要是考虑到有的人在DC结婚了，然后又搬到不承认同婚的州去住，
那么按照现有的法律，无论在居住地还是在DC都无法离婚。

看政治倾向，果然是深蓝。接着看，维州南部深红，不出意料是收入低很多。
历史上，维州北部是深红，然而随着收入增长，越来越蓝，良性循环，这几个地区已经
好些年排在前列。这是一个最典型的例子，同个州，穷的地方死抱着红，差距越来越大
，恶性循环。
燃鹅，有一堆人被Fox和船铺粉谣言基地等不良望站洗脑，声称深蓝的吃福利人多。那
么，如果吃福利的人越多使收入越高，就大家都吃福利吧！但这明显就是造谣，明明是
这地区工作越来越多越好。

Bill。 他说的情况的前提是severe deformities，就像我之前提的，少个胳膊少个腿
，唐氏，算不算severe deformities？如果他这么说大家觉得没问题，Bill过了，里面
又没有太多limit，产妇觉得产后抑郁是严重的mental health problem，要堕胎可以吗
？这个Bill感觉不会阻止吧

完整无破碎。
从物理学上也很好理解：当撞击的力度和速度超过一个threshold后，力度和速度越大
，断裂发生就越快，未被撞击的部分就越能保持结构上的完整。
