it with something like "see the attached memo" and date your memo. So the
memo will weigh in in the future. And, honestly, annual reviews, who care
that much? (in our department, it helps with salary increase, although our
salary already frozen for 3 years).
Find out the "mechanisms" through which the annual reviews come up.
understanding the process will help you in the future.

Is the delay caused by builder transaction or loan processing?
Dealing wtih new builder will be alot harder. Many considerations need to be
invloved such as HOA fully handover, builder permit by city, govenment
issued final inspection cert, final appraisal....etc
If builder has all the government approval documentations, their designated
lender should close your loan fast. Otherwise, the delay will be expected. I

you never send her the paper work but only told her that. She suppose to
collect all the paperwork.
You may ask her to switch to the different lender and cover the previous
appraisal fee. Only one or two lenders don't take H1B but most lenders are
fine wtih that.

然后，告诉第二个孩子，因为第一个孩子先拿到的玩具，IT'S STILL HIS/HER TURN
，YOU SHOULD WAIT。HOW ABOUT PLAY WTIH。。。
把第二个孩子拉开，OFFER其他玩具，并且再次教育他，谁先拿到的玩具，有决定的权
利，你可以ASK，但是如果他不给，你应该站在旁边等他玩好。或者你们商量。

more vacation and trips during the raining season. |

obtaining the US citizenship. You will not be able to use an agent if this
is your first visa. You will need to take both of your Chinese passport and
US passport wtih you and apply in person.
I don't believe it is true for the household registry cancellation rumor,
there is no official notice to suppor that. However, it may be true that you
may need an invitation letter. Check the SF consultate website.
