drivers will pay an electronic toll to cross the 520 bridge and the
Washington State Department of Transportation is urging travelers to get
ready by setting up a Good To Go! account.
To prepare for the anticipated high volumes of customers registering and

打算最近去温哥华玩，时间和预算基本上比较自由，
看了精华区大部分的游记都是夏天或者没有说明季节，我想请教一下冬天有
什么很有特色的活动或者景色要看么？
当然whistler滑雪肯定是有特色，但是如果不会滑雪的话还值得一去么？据说有到山顶
的缆车景色也是很好的。
还有victoria岛，看照片很多都是夏天的，很漂亮。现在这个季节去怎么样呢？

看心情，看跟谁去。温哥华现在也跟西雅图差不多吧，不会太冷。冬天也不会有北方冬
天雪地的感觉。我去玩得时候没觉得有什么特别的。山水，海滨，码头之类的其他地方
也能看到。

Blocking Incidents
On the I-5 northbound express lanes on-ramp from Howell St (MP 166) there is
a collision blocking the ramp.
On SR 520 eastbound & westbound at Midspan (MP 3) all lanes will be closed
tonight at 9:00 PM due to boat traffic. Drivers should anticipate a delay of
up to 30 minutes or consider using an alternate route.

中间有一问说修路的钱主要来自汽油税，而电车不用油，问是否应收电车税。
这些人一天到晚想着多收税。 |

Compact snow and ice on the roadway. Traction tires advised, oversize loads
prohibited.
It is ok to go to Stevens Pass Ski Area but no further to east. |

The Washington State Transportation Commission is proposing toll rate
increases on the Tacoma Narrows and State Route 520 bridges. The commission
works with WSDOT to establish toll rates that ensure both bridges generate
enough revenue to meet financial obligations.
Tacoma Narrows Bridge proposed rates
The commission is proposing a 25-cent increase to be effective July 1, 2013.

July 12 to 5 a.m. Monday, July 15.
* Northbound I-405 closed from S.E. 8th Street to SR 520 from 10 p.m. Friday
, July 12 to?4 a.m. Monday, July 15. The I-90 ramps to northbound I-405 will
also be closed.

State Route 20, the North Cascades Highway, is open to traffic however
federally managed facilities including parks and campgrounds alongside it
are closed.
As I remember, there is gate for the parking area, so I'm afraid that it
could be closed. It's possible to park outside of the gate and walk in. It's
short path to trailhead.
