以缩短guide wrap，不用多余的wrap和coating，会更好地调整balance。

有过详细的论述，结论是不必要under wrap，我在网上搜了一下，老美也在辩论，但80
%的结论是不用under wrap，所以就节省了，我算过，如果加under wrap，制作时间至
少还要多加3小时。

painting moulding & house. 做house painting的人要先paint,在装，说最后最多补
下漆。一般大家都怎么做呢？
首先怪我自己没找好painting的人，我先自扁一下。现在很烦人。我有些普通的
draywall的活，所以就找了个中国师傅，然后连painting一起。他报了价。现在做完了
前期工作，说房子太大，要加价25%，我准备加了。但是因为我要做moulding,所以
moulding的人做完后，需要把moulding wrap完， 在paint house, 但是师傅觉得wrap
moulding很麻烦，费工，要在加价800. 我也可以加钱，但是我现在对这个师傅有点不
信任了。第一，昨天这个师傅说，他觉得我的房子有7000多尺，我真是晕了，7000多是
个什么概念？我觉得这个师傅太不靠谱，觉得面积要比实际面积多出一栋房子出来，连
我这样的人看看房子也能知道大概在那个范围，至少是可以精确到千位数，如果做了很

发考题们给了博士offer的原因,别的不八卦:)哈哈
照说本科生得让发考题们认为极其有科研的潜质,才能打败无数硕士生,发考题们才
会直接给本科生offer直攻博士;
看这份简历,我的感觉是
1.本科成绩好,会读书
2.参加了很多国内老师的项目,参加了一些海外老师的暑期短期项目,有些学术锻炼和想
法,但无明显成果,可能人缘好,会来事;但不排除夸大自己作用的可能
3.得了一些奖学金,国内高校基本上成绩好加积极参加学校各项活动,对老师会来事,自
然就能得.
3.英语写的好
4.积极参加各种活动,精力充沛,勤奋,把自己的时间,安排的满满当当的,有废寝忘食的
倾向.
5.非常有计划性和目的性,经过几年奋斗,作为本科学生,已经达到面面聚到的无短板程
度.
作为本科生,这份简历无疑是优秀的;但是却无法直接得出极其有科研的潜质的结论;相
反无数硕士生申请攻博士,由于年龄大一些和工作经历,也许本科成绩绩点低一些,得的
奖学金项目少一些,但是有实践经验,多数还会有1-2篇海外(尽管可能级别和影响不高)

我觉得这个很适合孕初期反应厉害，想要吃酸的准妈们，经济实惠又不用烤箱，五分钟
就能搞定。
我是懒人，也不怎么会做东西~~求大家轻拍~
材料：
新鲜西红柿三个，大蒜2片，小半个红色洋葱，适量橄榄油，香菜（optional）。
tortilla wraps（我选的是全麦的）
shredded mozzarella cheese （或者任何自己喜欢吃的cheese）
pepperoni片 （我买的是切好的，没选fat free）
黄油，盐，胡椒调味。
准备工作：
这部分麻烦点。。把西红柿+大蒜+洋葱+橄榄油+香菜放在blender里面打碎成糊状，放
盐跟胡椒调味，然后放进一小锅里面大火烧开、再小伙慢炖，不需要太长时间，5分钟
就好，目的是让西红柿酱稍微稠一点。好了以后就装在容器里面放凉，再冷冻保存了。
吃的时候拿出来就可以了。
做法：
1，在不粘锅上放一些黄油（我试过植物油，但是不知道为什么tortilla总是焦黑的）

还有饮料。晚上下班时，坐隔壁的一个老中大哥，年长我十岁左右，（平时关系感觉还
行，就是有点书呆子，学究气）把他中午剩的lunchbox给我，说“明天中午可以当一顿
午餐“，当时感觉挺奇怪的，单感觉他是出于好心，连声道谢，心想居然中国大哥还这么热心。
等他走后打开一看，有一半的wrap和一个水果。晕！
想我平日中午总在外面买sandwich wrap什么的，想必被他看到。他老人家中午基本回
家吃饭 （走路挺近 ），想着丢掉半个wrap挺可惜的，还不如送人情给我，顿时感觉被
鄙视！ 还是他老人家在美国呆久了？ 在学校里学傻了？下次遇到这种情况还是婉言拒绝吧 |

发帖数: 5728 | 30 刀神老大前几天晚上有个详细论述，即木有under wrap，epoxy直接与blank粘更结实，
我搜过，老美也在辩论，大多数也是认为不用under wrap，之前用under wrap是避免
guide foot损伤blank，那时blank和现在高强度的blank完全不同，而且guides也经历
过很多技术上的进步，比如fuji的guides都不用deburring。
借用机器木有问题，这根杆子的制作最花时间就是guides wrapping，好的机器能提高
效率节省时间，做的也漂亮整洁，刚定了专业级的wrapper，过几天会收到，双速的
drying motor不如无极变速带脚控的专业wrapper，之后你和老断这些靠的近的，需要
的话就来拿着用，别用来做dryer就行，dryer就用你们手头的老机器。
我就是在youtube上看的，老断推荐了mudhole的制作演示，整个一套。 |

我涂完epoxy，等平整除气泡以后，就把胶带撕下来，这样保持边界平整，你的办法也
很不错。
仔细看了这张图里的thread，wrapping的强度还能提高。我有几根12尺surf rod上其中
最靠近collector guide的第二个guide用了single foot Y guide，主要为了追求距离
，找不到合适的替代guide，当时为了提高强度，用了Forhan Locking wrap，其中最常
用的一根因为上个季节远投和拉鱼，epoxy已经被拉裂，但是guide没有被拉出，这种
wrapping单脚guide的方式经过考验，很好，给老大参考看看，拉Salmon的杆子或许能
用到这种Forhan locking wrap。 |

不是不戴手套，是不戴wrap，目的是为了摆脱依赖养成正确的习惯。
不戴可以养成focus和瞄准的习惯，就和赤足跑步一样很容易纠正正确的跑步姿势。古
时候人打仗格斗哪里又什么手套和wrap啊。
你下次打沙袋不戴wrap就能感觉到区别了。
另外实战可不仅仅不戴wrap和手套就能练出来，boxer也有可能一下子被别人打趴下，
不在楼主讨论话题内就不岔话题了。 |

好是用水做负重，下山的时候倒掉。给你个大致的我们的bench mark: 4 miles, 3300
ft, 2小时及格，1:30优秀。不是说你体能达不到就一定不能登，但是你如果能及格就

(1) The handle size sticker at the racquet was missing. There should always
be such sticker with Babolat.
(2) The original Babolat racquet should have a very thin plastic wrap around

so fully equiped with wrist wrap and elbow wrap. i know it is good to do
big weight with the wraps.
but i don't like the idea of develop strength with joint wraps.
i would just cut down the weights to more comfortable level.
already felt that dumbbell press is hard on wrist and elbow...
(75+ 75) x 5 is enough goal for me end of year |
