防城市停尸房和医院因新冠病毒死亡人数激增而不堪重负。该市一名官员说，加上冷藏

纽约已成为美国新冠病毒疫情的震中，有近200人死亡，累计确诊约1.8万例病例。

Even if we take the "1 in 6" number (although UHC advocates were talking
about "1 in 7" as recently as '06) as consisting entirely of people who, in
a "reasonable" estimation are worthy of SOME sort of assistance in getting
coverage (public/private/whatever), any change in policy designed to address
that 16% is going to completely billy-jack the other 80-85% of the country
