发帖数: 4 | 5 8月中旬在费城考的CS，前个星期拿到结果。CIS，SEP都是偏high performance，ICE压
了borderline。这和我考前预计的一样。Patient notes是我的弱项，特别是改题后对
病例的书写要求更高了，能过已经很满足了。毕竟这是一项基本功，不可能在短时间内
成为专家。
具体情况：复习CK中途决定考CS，花费时间大概是五个半星期，最后一个星期全职在家。
复习资料： First aid + USMLE world 75 个病例 +加上USMLE World体检录像。
辅导班： goldusmlereview
之前因为是全职，进度很慢，用了2个多星期过了遍First aid和体检录像。感觉按照FA
作体检，时间非常紧张，而且按我的进度更本没法按时考试，断然决定上一个辅导班。
搜索之后报了goldusmlereview 的workshop。
这个workshop对我帮助非常大。老师是AMG，非常负责，两天时间极为紧凑。第一天从
问病史到体检过了一遍，然后大家练习，分别指出个人不足。毕竟是临床医生，临床思

发帖数: 79 | 6 I forgot to mention that New York city faced rare blizzard from Feb. 8-10.
Some SPs can not come to workshop because most public transportation was
cancelled. Dr. Thomas was close to cancel this workshop but he did anything
he could to held this workshop as scheduled. I actually practiced many cases
with about 10 SPs. I highly appreciated Dr. Thomas' efforts. I think that
he really cares about students and care about the students' success.
I highly recommend GoldUSMLE workshop.

发帖数: 79 | 7 I attended GoldUSMLE 3-day workshop (Feb 8-10). New York city faced rare
blizzard from Feb. 8-10. Some SPs can not come to the workshop because most
public transportations were
cancelled. Despite all the difficulties, the workshop was held as scheduled.
I learned a lot in
differential diagnosis , PE, and PN. I also practiced many cases
with about 10 SPs. I highly recommended this workshop.

发帖数: 23 | 8 今天收到cs pass的成绩， 好高兴啊。在这里跟大家分享一下我的经验。我是四月下旬
在houston考的。提心掉胆了两个月。现在终于可以放下心来了。
我总共fulltime准备了8周。最后一周找GOLDUSMLE online 过了10 个小时，过了十几
个cases。下面我会分别讲一下自己准备的过程，以及对tutor的评价。
我用的材料包括:
1.FA 几乎涵盖了所有的内容。前面的minicase一定要记熟。 如 时间不富裕，个
人觉得搞懂这本书就差不多了。
2.Kaplan note of cs 可以在AMAZON上花10刀买到。这个书比较老，还是以前cs
考试的格式。 但上面的18个cases还是不错的。
3.UW quiz 我把上面的case都过了，但并不是很推荐。觉得太过简单，同时
它的patient note上的很多格式是错的。例如 liver function test。真正的考试是需
要具体AST, ALT, BILIRUBIN , ALKALINE PHOSPATE写出来的。

于case presentation,完全同意你的意见，下一次会先给好assignment，这样大家可以
准备充分一些。我两年前和同学做mock interview的时候，就发现很多同学对美国的
health care, GME不了解，申请材料也可以大大改进，这些对于面试影响不少。可是到
mock interview的时候，很多都已经晚了，来不及improve. 所以才开始做webinar 。
webinar的内容其实都是很多美国医学院医学生的必修课。他们都有专门的com skill，
case presentation simulation workshop，cv, ps and interview skill workshop 。
我非常希望其他同学能够象你一样提出constructive 批评建议，这样我们才能提高。
根据很多同学去年的建议，今年的webinar／workshop内容跟去年比，已经有了很多更

挑衅加套话说出来的 好像说希特勒是对的 犹太人都该死那种 不管这么样 话说出口就
收不回来了 被那两个女的偷怕而且发到youtube 导致他被Dior解雇 在圈里没人敢碰他
都不敢和他有来往

个list“CDMA workshop 3.14", 然后在description里面写了一个词"CDMA universal"
。我买之前问他这个是不是注册、破解版的CDMA workshop 3.14版，seller就回了一句
不知道，然后我详细解释了我需要的是这个软件，这个版本，seller再也没回。
我看他要价很便宜，后来也就傻逼地买了一个。买完一个礼拜没有任何消息，直到我发
信去问，这家伙给了一个link。下载下来发现是一个叫CDMA univsersal的软件（到处可
以download到，而且没什么名气）。给seller去了一信，结果他说了我没仔细看descri
ption。
这种情况我要不要report给ebay？我其实想买盗版软件，这个应该不符合ebay规矩吧（
我说的是valid registered version，在ebay msg里面没提到crack这个词），受骗金额
也就几块钱，只不过觉得被无赖骗了一把有点不爽而已。

但是我觉得还是很气愤。虽然项目是他们的项目，但是总体的idea，或者说是绝大部分的
idea，都是我自己的。implentation，实验数据也是我一个人完成的。最后写的那个
paper，也是从我的report演变而来。 paper里面的图，全部来自于我的report。
请问版上各位有经验的大牛，遇到这种情况该怎么处理？
PS： 对于今后找工作，去他们公司可能性不大，起码绝对不会去他们组。

“workshop”邀请信，现在已经拿到因公护照了。想问问她这种情况签证容易吗？
1. 老爸已经持因私护照拿到了签证，他们两个应该会一起来，这样老妈签证的时候会
不会被怀疑？能不能说顺便看我呢？应该怎么做避免被怀疑呢？
2. 老妈的专业（护理学）和那个教授（基础医学）不同，她不会英语，邀请信上写的
是参加一个那个教授领域的“workshop”，并请老妈做个报告，介绍老妈的专业在中国
的情况。还要安排她与学校的其他教授交流。差旅费由那个教授负担。这样签证官会有
疑问吗？除了邀请信和那个教授的CV，还要不要其他的材料呢？（这个教授去年到过老
妈的学校，参加其他科室的学术活动，但他们俩没见过面）
3. 老妈这个“workshop”的时间只有6天，不知道B1签证会给多久呢？入关的时候会给

老公申请EB1 b，第二年的assistant professor 。学校的律师。
所属专业会议比杂志重要。10篇会议文章（6篇第一作者），多数是本领域最好会议，
三篇杂志（2篇第一作者），本领域最好杂志，7，8篇workshop文章。引用220，没有剔
除自引。审稿会议加workshop近40篇，杂志7，8篇，基本是本专业一流或不错会议／
workshop/杂志。8个会议program committee member,一次NSF panel. 和两人有合写一
个book chapter.
1.问律师她多少case有RFE,她说她经手的几乎每个都有，然后说"everybody gets it",
是这样吗？她也不知道nsf panel是什么。
2.关于引用她只用Google scholar，说足够了，和版上很多不同。
3.推荐信里写推荐人有200或300多篇文章，我们只有20来篇，还是所有加在一起，虽然
不是eb1 a, 但是律师推荐信草稿里说我老公是“top researcher in the field"，这
