Democrat.
Ken Sharpe, of High Point, NC, told Fox News that he was waiting in line to

HEALTH公司。
安排谁不安排谁送哪家NURSING HOME，SOCIAL WORKER就有很大影响力。
随便一起HOME HEALTH的CASE，就是几千美元或是更多。如果按照中国不成文的规定，
10%的话，你算算，就是1，2都不少了，医院每天有多少出院的病人？
HOME HEALTH公司，别的地方我不知道，在CHICAGO地区，都快被菲律宾人垄断了。他们
为什么能生存？用屁股就能想通了。
看看我上面贴的那个案件，一个没几个人的HOME HELAHT公司，几年就从MEDICARE拿了
几千万美元。做HOME HEALTH，没什么成本。这里面，除了工钱，就是打点各种关系。

可EAD(非移民签证者不算)，都是U.S. Worker。我们常常看到在登广告的时候，或是
填写ETA9089表时，里面对 于Job description，甚 至于Job Requirements都非常的简
单 。从法律的观点来说，申请人根 本无 法因此说没 有合 格的U.S. Worker，同时我
们也看到不少的Recruitment Result Statement草草写 完DOL也没有挑 剔，所以这多

Bill to Give Federal Workers DP Benefits Introduced

Legislation was introduced today in the U.S. Senate and House of
Representatives to provide for domestic-partner benefits for federal
government employees.
Independent senator Joe Lieberman of Connecticut and Republican Susan
Collins of Maine introduced the bill in the Senate, as they have in previous

restrictions on the hiring of H-1B workers by financial services firms that
receive federal bailout funds, but it didn't bar the hiring of foreign
workers as proponents had sought.
U.S. Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) had proposed
legislation this week to prohibit any firm that received money under the
Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP) from hiring foreign workers.

Initial jobless claims unexpectedly jumped by 24,000 last week to 399,000 as
more workers lost their jobs, the Labor Department said Thursday. At the
same time, the economy continues to lose workers.
In the 30 months since the recession officially ended, nearly 1 million
people have dropped out of the labor force — they aren't working, and they
aren't looking — according to data from Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics.

order requiring all Texas state agencies to use "E-Verify" to check the
