全国打击侵犯知识产权和制售假冒伪劣商品专项行动和文化市场知识产权保护专项执法
行动的部署，根据《互联网文化管理暂行规定》等有关规定，文化部决定在整治违规网
络音乐网站的基础上，进一步清理违规网络音乐产品，现就有关事项通告如下：
一、经初步核查，本通告附件所列100首网络音乐产品,均未按照《互联网文化管理暂行
规定》等有关规定，报文化部进行内容审查或备案。部分网络音乐网站擅自提供附件所
列网络音乐产品的播放、试听、使用和下载等服务，扰乱网络音乐市场经营管理秩序，
危害国家文化安全，必须依法予以清理整治。
二、2011年2月28日前，请各搜索引擎、门户网站、行业网站、娱乐网站以及企业或个
人网站，迅速开展自查自纠，一经发现本网站提供有附件所列未经内容审查或备案的网

工作的单位愿意出证明和担保，这样能不能在国内长期居住而不用往返美国和中国？
或者有 没有其他方法能让我不用来回奔波同事保住绿卡呢？需要申请什么样的证件？

security helpful. there were 2 guards outside who guided me in which was a
smooth process.
The Chinese lady at counter 10 called my number. After our initial greetings
she looked up my case. She said to wait for 20 minutes. after 20 minutes
she called me back. she explained how she actually emailed the officer
looking at my case in one of the service centers and did some emails back
