一起吃比较好，就像胡萝卜最好炒一下吃一样。 所以枸杞最好能饭后吃，或者煮的时
候跟排骨什么的一块。 枸杞其实就是一种BERRY，叫WOLFBERRY好象。 里面的抗氧化的
含量挺高的，但这些东西在高温下就都被破坏了，如果能拿水泡着吃会更有利于保存营
养物质。

There are several varieties of wolfberries, at least two major ones in China
. The one you mentioned is adapted to colder weather, different from the
ones we see in Southern China. Mysteriously, Han Chineses believe the
Ningxia Goji is better :)
It's highly unlikely you can seed those sold as herbal, as they are probably
roasted. Starting from clipping is a better choice. |

发帖数: 14763 | 11 Actually, there are two varieties of Wolfberry in China, namely 宁夏枸杞 and
枸杞. The green shoot from so called 枸杞 is 枸杞头. If you try to eat
leaves of 宁夏枸杞, you'll be disappointed :)
Traditionally, 宁夏枸杞 fruit is considered to have stronger effect and
hence priced higher by Han Chinese :) Hehe, could be a hoax, just like the
Korean Gensing. |

't support the weight any more. The wolfberry in southern can handle soggy
soil better, but still, they prefer dryer soil.
You gotta keep in mind this thing comes from Gopi outskirts, where water is
scarce. |

题目不管他是否足够随机双盲标准到底是否构成医生推荐或者保健品推销的理由
对于辅助药物或保健品确实很难严格监管,有很多东西都是借助于某个民族或地区的人
