液晶显示器的选择，特别是跟眼睛保护相关的，主要是背光系统
目前的背光系统分CCFL和 LED两种，前者是几年前的主流，已经要慢慢被淘汰，第二种
目前正吵的热火朝天
CCFL就是所谓的冷阴极萤光，相比起LED来说，缺点在于功耗大，发热量大，亮度低，
需要预热，通常要开机几十分钟之后才能达到预设的工作状态，老化也快
LED就是用发光二极管做光源，目前有几种，显示器上主要用的有WLED和RGB,前者是几乎
所有低端LED背光显示器的选择，后者只有几种高档显示器才用
那么两种背光，哪种对眼睛伤害大呢？
LED，毫无疑问，尤其是WLED，
LED伤眼主要是有两个原因
第一个是PWM调光， 其实这个PWM调光并不是LED背光专有的，CCFL也会用PWM调光，但是
CCFL因为是荧光灯，有余晖效应，所以PWM刷新速率只要在200以上，一般人就不会觉得
闪烁，也相对不容易疲劳
那么LED呢，LED由于基本可以做到瞬时关闭，LED背光的PWM调光刷新频率要在CCFL的四倍
以上才会不容易疲劳

好的，什么是不好的，那么对照具体的显示器，查看一下spec也就明白怎么选择了
至于所谓的对比度 response time 什么的，指标，因为各家都是用来吹水的，反倒
是最不可信的指标，没有必要关注
目前各家标得对比度最高能上10000000:1， 而目前EIZO的顶级 cg276的对比度老老实实

我高度近视，现在换了一圈屏幕下来，只能看着我又老又旧的非LED. 看来CFL 是护眼
王道：

减少屏幕对眼睛的危害，现在准备在Dell precision M6700里选，屏幕在RGB和一般LED
之间犹豫，不知道我的理解有没有错，
RGB：比WLED伤眼更少，色彩好一些（但是由于三种LED衰变不一样，几年以后很难说）
，价格贵一些
WLED：比RGB伤眼多，色彩差一点，价格便宜一些

LED ON OFF 太快，像数字电路
CCFL ON OFF 比较平缓，有曲线。像模拟电路。
所以LED比较闪，需要买刷新率比较高的背光（不是一般说的屏幕刷新率），也就是所
谓的flicker free。
另外需要买白色LED的，WLED。
便宜货都是蓝色LED，伤眼睛。
简单说，挑flicker free + WLED 即可 |
