options.
For restricted stocks, the price on the vesting date should have been
included in your W-2. you just need to pay taxes on the difference between
your sale price and the price on the vesting date (might even be a loss).
For options, you need to figure out if you chose to withold income taxes
upon sale.

看21页。跑完步睡不着我老居然又看了一边。91天是给insider的，一般员工还是180天
。貌似大部分员工rsu都选了83b, net-settled了，所以fb有obligation去卖股票交税
。在员工解禁前一个月facebook会开始卖200m的股票，有赚的钱去cover员工被withold
的税。 |

一、SAT考试个人信息，姓和名填反，是否有影响？
有影响。
用拼音填写，姓和名反过来可能跟其他人的姓和名完全重叠。姓和名填写顺序不一样，
在外国人看来就是两个不同的人。一旦填写错误，可以第一时间通过The College
Board网站或直接致电The College Board来修改填反的姓名。
二、SAT2 化学760，还需再考吗？
不建议重新考。
要冲刺前30大学，SAT 化学760分，不建议重新考试。容易给招生官造成：亚裔学生太
过于关注成绩的感觉。
针对申请前30的大学，数学，物理，化学，生物这类理科科目，最好是能达到750甚至
780分以上。特别是很多中国学生在数理化这三门考到满分的比例还是很高，理科成绩
建议750以上比较理想。
三、SAT2文学只考了660，可以选择不递交成绩吗？
SAT2文学660相对来说有些弱。
如果还有准备和考试时间，那么可考虑再去考试，争取达到700-720分以上。

doesn't make any sense. I just calculate a figure so that I won't give any
more tax to sam because they already withold a lot in my each paycheck. I
never even wish to get that money back. So I just don't want to give out
more if I can.

必须交够应缴税的90％，或去年实缴税的110％。否则罚款。payroll withold不够可以
另外补交，每季度一次机会，要算几个月的利息，不是很多。payroll可以要求
additional。快到年底，算算不够，可以填W4直接 100% withhold 几个月的工资。
钱实在多，可劲捐。:) |
