今年6月3号 lg换工作就顺便把我h4也转了。但我h4并没过期。
之后我也找到工作并公司给我办了h1b premium processing.
7 月 3 号 h1b approve了 公司让我15号上班
可我h4还在pending，
1，我该不该 withdraw h4，如果withdraw 我从6月3号到上班这段会
不会有gap？
2，如果需要withdraw 我要怎么写这个letter 给uscis，求template。

美国phd，现某五百强大公司工程师，被layoff中。因为审稿不多，文章一大半是中文
的，一直没有信心上EB1A。一直寄希望于公司给办EB1B。拖了很久公司终于答应了，用
的是可怕的F律所，不准自己请律师，不给pp。准备材料，要推荐信，终于在工作了四

H1B被RFE之后公司withdraw offer了,求建议
以前H1B，有娃后转成H4边找新工作，七月份定了一个offer，新公司八月底file H1B
pp, 九月中一查被RFE了。
律师不告诉RFE的原因，说跟公司沟通。这周发了几封邮件问HR HM都没回音，结果接到
个电话说withdraw offer，final decision，因为公司内部律师认为H1B RFE可能要拖
几个月而且还不一定能批。。。（言下之意是找新人更快。。）
请问1，这种情况跟公司沟通还有戏吗？怎么说比较有效？
2，再找别的工作的话，怎么解释这越拖越长的gap？要是说是因为H1B慢丢了offer，是
不是直接出局了。。现在pp也停了，更困难了

letter 是必须由通信作者发的，如果他不是通信作者，他最多可以告诉杂志他不同意
发表，但是他不能直接withdraw。 这个事情可大可小，要根据不同学校的authorship
policy决定。如果你不确定的话，你可以和学校的research administration 联系让他
们解释你们学校的有关政策。
我的建议是你把他作出来的东西检查一遍，然后自己把图表重新作一遍，把文章自行用
你的语言写一遍，然后你就可以自行投稿了。不需要加那个学生的名字。当然，你可以
写一封比较正式的信给他，告诉他任何在你实验室出来的数据和成果都是属于你的实验
室的，所以你在把数据重新做了的情况下不包括他的名字是合理合法的，警告他不要再
来拿这件事情进行"anymore unprofessional behavior", 否则你会把整件事情向学校

（系主任前两天email里说马上会发一份draft offer）。C校已经schedule了下礼拜on-
site interview。
A和B的location和给的工资都很满意，任何一个签了都会去。C校location相当偏，和
AB没法比，实在没办法才会考虑去（C校还是比当下学校好一些）。
请问大家，在这种情况下（目前还没有拿到任何白纸黑字的正式offer），是否应该
withdraw C校的on-site？还有，提前一个礼拜withdraw on-site会不会很不
professional和得罪人？谢谢！

对方都会理解的。他们也知道candidate可能会从别的学校拿到offer，他们也知道口头
offer或非正式offer任何时候都可能撤回，所以他们也理解candidate必须等到签了正

前阵子在有一间白人firm雇用了我并且会帮我处理签证转换的事情
他们目前把我的上班日设定在10月，mm最近想辞职把该考的考试考完顺便可以上班的时
候领bonus
只是如果现在走的话，估计现在黑心老闆肯定withdraw 那麼之后如果firm要帮我负责
转换的话问题大吗?
这个情况可能跟板上一种状况很像(h1b批准后生效前遭到lay off)
我的OPT到九月初..所以即使现在老闆去withdraw 我也不太担心

情况是：我有一个pre-opt等到通过，8.6号就receive了，结果到现在还没下来。
现在我需要申请一个1月份开始的pre-opt。 看要求说得必须把以前的EAD 卡给附加上
。 但是我如果等这个遥遥无期的opt申请通过，可能会来不及申请下一个。
所以现在在考虑withdraw掉目前这个OPT， 赶紧申请下一个。
给点意见或者建议吧，谢啦。 |

如果withdraw interview process会进入freeze period吗
因为最近收到一家小公司的offer 待遇还可接受
已经跟G跟Y约了面试
但是觉得准备不足 所以想先接小公司offer
不过如果有机会还是想进大公司
所以在纠结要不要就先withdraw G跟Y
因为一年freeze实在太长
