有好心人弄一个种花的葵花宝典不？比如，花种入土之后，选择什么样的花土？如何施
肥，什么牌子的花肥料？多久施肥？是否打药？
我自己没经验，去年入手的玫瑰（白的，红的，）还有月季花，今年开春之后都比较萎
靡，而且绿叶子到处都是虫蛀的洞洞。就没剩几片完整的叶子了。还买了wisteria(紫
藤花)目前还没见到紫藤开花。买了两株 Endless summer Hydrangea(夏日绣球花)。今
年开春后发现有一株死了，一株存活了，但是感觉营养不行。

6800萬美元的「龐氏詐騙」案。證交會指被告主要向加州的亞裔社區、亞洲投資客和希
望通過EB-5投資移民的人士下手。
證交會指出，總部位於菲蒙（Fremont）的路凱能源基金公司（Luca International Gr
oup）的總裁楊冰清明知公司虧本經營，負債壘壘，卻在投資者面前把公司描繪成一家成
