发帖数: 35582 | 4 家里apt的RJ-45口位置不好，不想太折腾走网线，租的房子住不久。弄了两个ASUS
WL520gu刷tomota用。
A作为常规的wireless AP接在RJ-45上，B放在两台台机附近，配置成wireless bridge
，用网线和台机连接，通过wireless联到A上。
现在两台台机互相传输速度没问题，100Mb口可以到11MB/s。但是台机通过bridge和家
里其他的wireless设备连接(比如直接连到A上的笔记本)，最高速度只有可悲的500KB/s
上下，远小于54Mb/s的802.11g标准呀。
难道这么配制有什么信道阻塞？ |

装在我的台式电脑上，用来接收地区的免费att wireless Internet，
太慢了！简直回到了电话拨号上网的时代！电影是没法看了。浏览网页都很困难！
但是我的另外两台笔记本电脑build in wireless network adapter就很好，
浏览网页和看电影都没问题。
请问是不是USB wireless都这样？ |

我用Asus 520GU刷番茄，然后通过Wireless Ethernet Bridge方式跟老路由器无线连接
，然后通过番茄有线LAN口给HTPC信号，QoS没开。不知道为什么，HTPC上网浏览很慢（
打开和载入），CBox也就开始连接的时候能看个2分钟，然后就死掉，其他PPS也是这样
。我在番茄的real time看到就是一根300KB/s的脉冲，用speakeasy.net测速度，小红
点走半路也死掉了。
百思不得其解，原来HTPC通过另一个DD-WRT路由器用bridge repeater方式连接好好的
，一换番茄就不行，换回DD-WRT又好了。
不知道附图原老路由器里面这个wireless bridge 设置是什么意思。附图是默认设置，
AP MODE除了access point以外，另一个唯一可选的内容是wireless bridge |

我有 2Wire 的 3800HVG modem，带wireless lan的。最近发现两台连在wireless lan
上的机器之间不能做ssh。
error code "ssh: connect to host xx.xx.xx.xx port 22: Operation timed out"。
可以从家里vpn到公司的机器上。而且把这两台机器带到公司去就没有问题了。看样子
是家里wireless lan的设置不行。谁有经验给说说啊？ |

Linksys WRT54G）. 我用ip-details.com测internet speed, download 只有3-5M. 不
知是否正常。是因为我的G router 慢，还是距离远（楼上楼下）？
考虑换wireless N router. 理论上wireless N 300M,但是comcast只有15M,是否N并没
有发挥优越性？G就足够了？
我不需要电脑之间传data, 就是看看ppstream和internet TV.

楼下有个WIRELESS ROUTER，但楼上的两台机子没WIRELESS NETWORK CARD，
但有现成的CABLE，所以想搞个ROUTER/HUB节点在楼上。

wireless PCI card, the other is a regular Ethernet card.
I use the wireless PCI card to access the internet via
a secure wireless network provided by my neighbour.
The Ethernet card is connected with a hub to my ohter
computers.
The Ethernet card has IP address 192.168.0.2 (fixed).
The wireless PCI card has IP address 192.168.0.101, which
is obtained by the DHCP service provide by my neighbour(
at least I guess so).

shows excellent. wireless router 是接在pc上的, pc工作正常. 即使我把dsl直接接在
laptop上, local area connection 图标显示是已经连接的, 但IE 仍连打不开网页. 显

laptop 是刚买的, 开始还正常, 只是因为laptop从卧室(wireless router在那)移到
客厅就断线了, 怀疑是channel有干扰等, 该了些设置,
终于改到到房间哪里laptop的wireless icon都可以显示连接了, IE又出问题了.
请问大虾门, 是IE的问题, 还是route的问题.
对了, 我把laptop ip address 从自动选改为手设成192.168.0.121.

想请大家推荐个大流量的wireless router
最近开始远程在家工作，家里的Internet数据流量大了很多，wireless网速很慢。问过
Comcast,如果想用Wired connection，一个选择是用现在的modem + router + cable,
但我家modem在楼下，我工作间在楼上，太麻烦。另个选择是加新modem（楼上有个
cable出口），但这样相当于要加一个新的Internet service，得再交一份钱。
我自己想能不能买一个新的，流量大的wireless router替掉现在的。现在用的是多年
前买的Netgear。

我室友们连wireless都没有问题，但是我的电脑连上以后
可以发送但是receive是0. status上可以连到wireless服务器上
但是wireless服务器对internet的连接是断的。
在桌面功能框的显示就是两个小电脑标志上没有哪个security的sign。
我连别的unsecured的wireless都能连上。确定密码没有输错。
有人知道怎么fix这个吗？感觉我的笔记本好笨。。diagnose告诉我modem或者adptor没
有连上，但是显然不是这样的因为别的室友都没有问题。。

介绍一下这个有时候很有用的功能，比如没有其他设备情况下，两台机器互联之类的，
比如说你在回国飞机上几个人就可以联机打游戏(？？飞机上可以用laptop，貌似没说
要关WIFI吧？）

使用很简单，在cmd窗口下（必须用administrator权限打开）：
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
就这样，其他有wireless的机器就可以看到你建的这个WLAN网络，就可以加进来。
缺省的Wireless SSID不记得了，貌似应该是机器名，不过反正可以设置：

sharing center ->troubleshoot
每次结果都说是the default gateway is not available. 可是没次fixed以后都是两
三分钟又断了。我已经重装了几次wireless adapter driver了。还是没解决这个问题。
我test过用另外一个电脑连同样的wireless network，没有问题。我的iphone wifi也
没问题。
我的ISP 是time warner roadrunner. 系统是windows 7. TCP/IP protocol 是obtain
ip address automatically. IP address DHCP enabled, default gateways 是空白

Cable Modem -> Wireless Router.
Laptop A connects to the wireless router in a wired ethernet cable;
Laptop B connects to the wireless router wirelessly.
Everything works fine. Then suddently two days ago, B cannot access the
Internet, or the connection of B is VERY slow.
A's connection is fine.
No change is made. Why is that?

信号处理(signal processing)的研究，还是在于对提高半导体器件

别叫做telecommunication, communication systems, VLSI)的说.如
果说三个方面都有涉及wireless communication，那么核心的发展是
属于哪个group的活儿呢？
还有，大家对wireless communication的发展前景持怎样的态度？有
人说从技术层面看，wireless communication的发展空间并不大，也
就是说现在的大部分工作是把技术上已经实现的东西推向商业应用，
而相比之下象semmiconductor,VLSI, micromachine,
nanotechnology发展的空间则大得多，不知道这种看法对不对？

wireless sensor的signal spatial correlation 的数学模型,然后根据这个signal
spatial correlation用来有效deploy sensors.
根据这些内容，我的文章发在哪些杂志比较好的？有很多CS的人在做WSN,但我的内容主
要focus在数学模型上，没有太多的编程。我自认为我的做的东西应该中等偏上的，希
望能推进一些稍微好一些的杂志。
