中国人懒得动车子拧螺丝，所以懒得换雪胎
AWD 维护比较贵，对轮胎磨损均匀度要求高
rotate 的次数都要多好几次，也是麻烦 |

这两种情况，我觉得都是低速，所以一般车子的四驱，只要没有故障，都是会启动的
这种时候， FWD + winter Tire好用，还是 AWD + normal tire好用呢？
我个人觉得如果高速的时候，失控的时候，AWD如果能即时kick in，常备一个option，
就算差些，也还是不错的。 不知道对不对啊，我指的是撵到雪块的那次车祸 |

但租客不愿做winterization， 说sprinkler system不是part of the dwelling unit
。请问这种情况下该怎么办。我的房子在美东北。自己做也就大约$50，但觉得是租客
的责任。
另外，他们把一个sprinkler head弄坏，也要我们修。 |

房客负责winterize sprinkler，一年一次$50就别和房客纠缠了，这种东西如果房客维
护不当、到头来房东的损失更大。有sprinkler系统的房子，租金也不会低到消化不了
这$50。 |

我一般找人作之前, 是要打开drain valve放一下水, 只能出来小半桶水. landscape
guy来用compressor, 每个zone大概要弄5分钟才会基本没水.
winterize之前,要关掉springker的进水.一冬天就不用了呀.这个和家里别的管道是分
开的.
如果不小心打开了, 是还要找人弄.
我见过有人springkler管道东裂的. 春天打开的的时候就可能有喷泉看了.呵呵 |
