个HC，小鸡胜率是最高的。

Under his management, three teams won WS. He also led a Mariner's team to

He left Blue Jays about 20 years ago. And Jays never reached postseason.
He left Orioles about 15 years ago. Orioles did not reach postseason until
last year.
He left M's about 10 years ago. M's have yet to reach playoffs.
He left Philies about 5 years ago. Phillies have been going downhill ever
since.

percentage was a bit too low? or the avg win per year as Eli have 10 years
with Coughlin and counting? They had great success in the 2 Superbowl years,
but were very inconsistent in the other years.
Brett Favre w/ Holmgren and Payton Manning w/ Dungy had even less wins, 74
and 73 respectively, but they almost never missed the playoff (Favre 0,
Payton 1?).Payton's winning % 73-24 (.752) is quite an achievement.

Bowden's downhill slide was due to him hiring his son, Jeff, as OC. If he hired Norm Chou (Chou expressed interest at the time but didn't get considered because above reason.
