downtown chicago is more urban also with plenty of wealthy/young people, in
river north, streeterville.
winnetka and downtown chicago are similar to hampton and upper east of
manhattan.
lincoln park is more like a blend of the two, not too far away from downtown

winnetka,wilmette 全境，glenview 和northfield 的一小部分。kenilworth是号称全
美国第二昂贵的zip code, 老中几乎绝迹。Glenco 和 Winnetka，East Wilmette是次
贵，但是也有一小搓老中的先富阶层。Wilmette 的西边和glenview, northfield 就是
中产了，老中不要太多，而且越来越多。特别是Wilmette的Romona, 和Glenview的
Avoca，都快成老中大本营了。总体来说，new trier的feeder schools都不错，不会比
naperville和hisdale的差。 |

芝北有好几条火车通芝加哥, 还有94, 41, 和好多小道, 加上Depaul, Loyola,
Northwestern
,Lake Forest大学, 几个大药厂, 和几个大公司的总部, 中产阶级比较集中. 西面
也有几个好城市, 而且比北边的面积更大, 人口多, 交通似乎比较拥挤, 房价和税比
较底. 各有各的好处, 最好你开车转一下, 找一下感觉, 多问问同事.

华尔街日报中文网1月4日发表题为“美国人对当代精英政治的反思”的文章，全文如下：
美国曾经有一个非正式但却是真正的统治阶层，这个阶层来自所谓的WASP权贵集团。该
集团的成员一度掌控了政治、经济和教育，但是他们现在已经风光不再 了。在我看来
，WASP统治阶层(WASPocracy)丧失了信心，并由此失去了担当领导的力量和兴趣。我们
现在没有了统治阶层，只有一个包含人称精英 团体在内的管理阶层——差不多就是完

上班，虽然穿的不fashion，但是也穿戴整齐，不化妆，可也不至于丑啊。她怎么会那
么说。我气的说，以后再说妈妈不漂亮，那以后妈妈就不接她了。（一直以后都是我接
送的，爸爸顶多跟我一起去看一下）
她说她自己漂亮的，nnd，我老买漂亮衣服给她，她当然漂亮拉。今年一个夏天我自己
倒没有买衣服，上次买了一双皮鞋，她还老嫉妒的，一个劲儿说有一点点好看，她不喜
欢那个颜色。４岁还不到，对老娘倒是评头论足的，看来是她爹生的，不是我这娘生的
。我这女儿特会嫉妒，我揉孩子他爸，她还跟我争，在家里不让我喊她爸爸＂老公＂，
让我喊名字。nnd，为这事情我解释了很多回，难道女儿跟我吃醋，还是我跟女儿吃醋
了。（PS，平时在家里女儿跟爸爸特别亲）。还有比我更失败的妈吗？平时就管不住这
个家伙，吃力还不讨好！！！！
