个人基本背景是cs相关的PhD。
刚拿到了Facebook的offer，终于见到了网络上流传的20万$的package，原来是把base
， bonus， 每年的RSU折现，全加起来，这才接近传说中的20万$。
还有些一次性地签字费搬家费，几万刀
没见到版上前面帖子说的几万股甚至十几万股的RSU，估计是我没赶上趟，太迟了，或
者我太弱了，或者那只是传说。
福利方面确实还不错，
medical plan比我其他offer的强多了，基本干什么都是10$的copay那种
除法定假期外，每年有二十多天paid off vacation,这个很不错。
吃饭干洗什么的公司都免费提供。不过好像没有免费的公司day care， 这点不如
google。但是每年有几千美元day care的补贴。
生孩子公司送4000美元的cash。 领养送5000美元（领养反而多，这算是啥意思嘛？）

from a couple very specific longrange bullets.
It's good to 1000yds, but the wind will be pushing the lighter bullets
around much past that.

仍有天壤之别。当时，1年期NDF隐含的汇率贬值预期动辄达到4%至5%。现在，市场对人
民币汇率贬值预期温和，境内外汇市场总体仍呈现逢低买入，逢高卖出的特征。
今年以来，境内外汇市场供求不论顺逆差，规模均不大，外汇收支基本平衡。按可
比口径计，今年2月至9月，银行即远期结售汇（含期权）逆差合计28亿美元，同比下降
了94%。有鉴于此，不论守“7”还是破“7”，似乎都无太大问题。
汇率政策成功的关键在于稳定市场预期。在“8·11”汇改以来的实践中，我们积
累了正反两方面的经验与教训，这是我们做出任何选择都可能达成目标的信心和底气。
今年初，人民币兑美元汇率从约6.50左右较快升值。3月底，中间价一度升破6.30
。自4月中下旬起，人民币汇率开始回调，到6月底跌去前期全部升幅，且中间价和交易
价先后跌破了6.60。7月初，人民币汇率继续走低，至月底中间价和交易价先后跌破6.
80，8月初交易价更是跌破6.90。于是，市场上又开始激辩：要不要守“7”？是保汇率

要说Gone with the Wind, 还是先说说 Atlanta吧。
最开始知道亚特兰大是因为96年的奥运会还有那本以Atlanta为发生地的著名的《
Gone with the Wind(乱世佳人)》，高中外语老师最喜欢的小说。后来到我第一次来美
国时，在AA的飞机上，和坐在我左边的一个阿姨攀谈，她当时是随着女儿去亚特兰大。
阿姨很朴素坚强，完全不懂不懂英语，对着金发胖胖的“空姨”不停的比划，倒也总能
表达自己的饮食preference，当然了，飞机上本来就没有很多食物选择。闲暇时和她聊
，她也慢慢的娓娓道来：女儿和女婿已经在亚特兰大定居，还有两个可爱的孩子⋯
⋯
再后来因为考试认识了一个在Atlanta工作的朋友，出去玩的时候很想stop by一下
