parents can opt to move out of Lynch
and to another school in the district.
BTW, Lynch is rated 8 on greatschools.org,
while all others in Winchester rated 10. |

Lynch’s high-needs (ELL, Special Education and low-income) students are
removed, the school’s Composite Performance Index (CPI) is 96, ahead of the
state guideline of 95.1 and comparable to the other Winchester schools.
可这种实话谁也不爱听，首先，ELL, Special Education and low-income的家长就不
爱听；其次，他们的邻居也不爱听，要是人人都觉得summary就是Lynch那片穷人多，他
们的房子一样只能当狗屎卖。 |

周围single house都是50万左右。比较新的都是拆了那些小黑房重盖的condo. 朋友说
这些小黑房迟早都得拆。
我是没得选，孩子special只好去Lynch, 而且我觉得交通方便，离downtown近，父母过
来住方便多了。 |

要在boston上班的话, 可以看看唐人街的夏令营,
比如中华广教, IDIIL(Boston)等.
老外的夏令营也有不少. 我只了解YMCA的.
秋天上K的话, 夏令营就进K班.

，价格75万。之前属于10分的小学，今年开始划分到8分了，初中也是10分。不好的是
门前有双黄线，有点吵，还接近一个类似于三叉路口的地方，算是single family，但
是是attached那种，有自己的地方，不过也不大。
另外看隔壁的single family（但其实院子和别人连起来了）以八十多万卖了，实际房
子还远不如这个好。。。 |

Lexington 离工作地方近5分钟，本来锁定L，但是合适的房子太少了（也许再等等，还
能多些选择，可是看房子看得好煎熬阿），而且夏天明显的价格高了很多。。开始考虑
WINCHESTER。。。需要建议哈。

。房子加地下室共有4000尺。感觉Winchester还是90万以下的房子最好卖。 要是超过
1M，可能Newton的房子走的最快。 |
