Feifei Gu, a Chinese postdoctoral fellow of UAB, had hemorrhagic stroke and
passed away while working in the lab around 1:00pm on Monday July 16, 2007.
Feifei graduated from the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa) with a Ph.D.
degree in Chemistry. After graduation, she started to work for UAB. Feifei
is survived by her 5 year daughter Emily and her husband.
