physical length = printed length - etch length(x2)+ spacer width (x2)-
diffusion length(x2)
spacer width 应该只跟 spacer dielectric film的厚度有关系。越小node，我想应该
要越小
的spacer width吧，但具体怎么关系，应该跟工艺有关。 |

Try the minipage environment (you can optionally specify the
height), followed by a \clearpage if needed.
Try either minipage or \parbox, or define your own environment
using something like the following to make the special paragraph
indented 0.5 inch on both left and right sides (negative length will
make the paragraph wider than normal text width):

I am using res class to write my c.v.
I donnot know how to set the length of head rule to cover whole page width.
Using \headrulewidth to set the thinkness of rule is easily done.
Tried to use \headwidth, or \fancyhead[LE,LO]{\offset -\sectionwidth} not
working. I can olny draw the line top through the right side of text, not
the section part. (in res, the textwidth is divided to 2: section and text).
Any advice is appreciated,

的参数，
gate length就有很多，比如physical gate length，drawn gate length，printed什
么的，
spacer width我翻遍itrs不知道哪里有提到具体值的？ |
