发帖数: 638 | 1 几个月前在ebay上买了个东西， 用paypal付的，也收到了ebay seller的feedback说是
“excellent buyer on time payment”。后来收到货，发现是从whole seller处直接
寄过来的，这种事情以前也发生过，所以没在意，就收着用了。
几天前收到whole seller的信， 说我在xx月xx日，买了XXX没有付钱，$450,如果不付
，要送去讨债公司。我立即查了ebay，发现seller已经消失（no longer a registered
user）。
好像是seller把我的地址给了wholeseller，whole seller找不到ebay卖家，就来找我
。查了paypal，发现ebay卖家根本没charge这笔钱！我2010年每月在ebay上买东西，都
用paypal，账号不会有问题。而且ebay卖家也留了feedback “ on time payment”才
发的货。
我愿意把钱付给wholeseller，但wholeseller要450， 而我是305 bid到的。

，但很多内容有局限性甚至有点误导。本人结合自己多年二手车交易的经历来谈几点购
置二手车的错误观念。
错误1：买二手车不能去dealer，因为dealer很黑。
dealer很黑是common sense，但不能因为这个原因就不能和他们做生意。注意，我说的
dealer是大dealer，不是个人小dealer。买二手车，特别是3，5年新的车，我建议最好
去dealer那买。首先，dealer车源多，有的挑。第二，dealer比private seller更好讲
价钱。第三，dealer会给你一点warranty（在原厂warranty失效时），所以比private
seller更有保障。dealer的二手车大多是tradein或者lease expired。很多朋友都知道
dealer买旧车的赚头比新车大很多（但量小）。dealer二手车进价是wholesell price
，比KBB tradein要低起码1500刀。很多时候你用KBB private party price - 500去

信用卡公司dispute，但问题是我根本没从他家订过东西，都不知道找谁dispute.
