面试的group是AP和OSS，都是office相关的。
第一个人是个小白，和他谈我的一个比较大的project就谈了一半以上的时间最后都没有什么时间做technical的东西，最后让写的是一个把罗马文字转int的function,没有时间，把M，C，D写了，剩下的稍微说了说，没有时间详细的问test问题，不过我想的比较全面，写code时他问了一些问题都是我解决了的，感觉很好如果他做决定已经收了。
接着就是老印，一过来就让我说我最后做的project怎么test，还说他不用知道detail。简直扯淡，不说detail怎么test,而且我最后project,从php网站到SQL到CLIENT PC ACTIVESYNCE到WinCE based Barcode Scanner software都有，无从说起。难道就说做whitebox,blackbox,stress,valoume......卡了半天。然后他给我一道题，说先作了在回来解决这个问题。问得是split string,然后怎么测试。做完又回去乱说一阵，感觉不满意， |

电面。Position是QA SW Engineer，电面的人是Director of QA。这个应该怎么准备呢？
说实话没想过会有这个电面的，因为在学校实验室哪有做过很正规的QA方面的事情呢？
（当然了，如果把平时写code自己debug (blackbox test, whitebox test)啥的也算的
QA的话那也算沾了点边））
再加上电面的是Director of QA，真不知道怎么准备了。求建议啦。。。

发帖数: 62 | 9 QA 职位要看是黑盒还是白盒。如果是黑盒测试，大概主要是问测试概念，测试流程，
怎么发bug。怎么与其它人沟通和交流。像blackbox, whitebox, perforamnce , UI
test, internationalization test都大概要知道点。
如果是白盒测试，就要看需要什么样技能，大部分会要求脚本，比如perl, python, 或
者一些shell 脚步及命令。
如果是SDET的职位，像MS和G都会问算法和coding的问题。 |

recruiter mm，虽然只是聊天（behavior questions)，还是贴下吧：
1。 bill gate给你打电话，说是需要你们office的一本书，你回答说：如果书在的话
，10分钟之内给他准备好，然后bill就可以直接到你的cube来取（难道不应该是自己送
上去。。）。挂了电话后，你怎么找这本书？
回答： 现在office喊一下，谁用了先还回来。如果没有，再群发email给大group
，如果还没有，就到公司的图书馆（假设有）查询。如果还没有，那就告诉bill说书暂
时找不到。
2.bill 说下午6点前准备好也行。你怎么接着找
回答：现在网上搜索，找到信息，然后查询local bookstore，有的话就过去买回
来。。
recruiter mm 说good，然后就是记录。。
3. 怎样test一个keyborad。。
回答：test自己没有特别的经验，但是知道有functional， whitebox， blackbox
这些，就一种一种测。。

Xiaomi/1+/Vivo/Huawei/Oppo/Meizhu/Smartison etc roll out flag ship phone
with Qualcomm BB chip and excellent ID. Samsung SW is probably more stable
but no fundamental advantage. There is no way SS can control China IC;
2. Intc invests sprd to diversify its own risk. It loses 1B/quarter in MCG.
But it is unlikely it will disappear since it is the only one besides Q.

在 Cresap 打的. 本来只是随便打一下 25 yard,也没细看靶纸。 后来听说可以把靶纸
拿走，就拿来参赛了。他们的靶纸每小时换一次，所以不可能打两张（除非连续打两个
小时）。只好 "不知能不能算" 参赛了。另外，靶纸是标准 print, 就不放尺子了。
值得提一下，其中的五发是 Speer Gold Dot +P, 另五发是 Winchester Whitebox.
还好，十发都在圈内。四个角的洞洞是扯下来的时候射钉拽出来的。 |

发帖数: 8706 | 29 第一个收获是看见了隔壁桌儿加了镜子的HK SL8 (民用的g36), 感觉是真枪比照片要漂亮。。。估计这枪也是属于不上照的类型？版上有没有人有啊。（下面的照片是在网上找的）
第二个收获是试了试上回买的200块包运费的S&B 9mm弹药。感觉质量很好，性价比很高。
说质量好，是因为铜壳子特别亮特别干净，打完了手也不脏；说性价比好，是打得挺准的。总共打了5盒250发，在15码的距离上，2/3 能打进4寸圆以内， 1/6在4寸～6寸， 1/6在6寸到8寸。枪是Taurus PT99 & SW MP9, 各打125发左右。
所以，从我的角度来说，比起walmart winchester whitebox, 我更喜欢上回买的s&b, 一来是白盒蛋太脏，打完之后黑灰盖在手上一层（参见以前汇报过的问题），二来我们这里walmart卖卖白盒蛋要22块多100发了，还有税。。。
所以向没用过这个牌子的同志们强力推荐。 |
