anyone has a good idea about what will happen to bond and stocks, emerging
markets, europe, etc?
I watched some interview. The Treasury will not stop paying the bonds interest, instead it will furlough some government workers and stop paying government contractors, like what California did several years ago.
However, even if that happens, it is still unprecedented. I don't know if it will cause a 2nd financial crisis the same size of Lehman Bros.

得“what's up?”没有什么问题啊,就是一个见面的开头语。 怎么会有不尊重他的意
思呢? 况且每次谈话都是他坐着我站着,即使他让我坐我一般也是推辞掉。 倒是他
在公司里即使和中国人都喜欢用英语,还在办公司里说“这个世界最勤劳的是美国人”
。 有点跑题,大家觉得老板找谈话,见面说“hi xx, what's up?”是不是很不妥,

如果是你的上级,而你们还没有亲近到称兄道弟的程度,还是不要what's up吧,不要
觉得电视很流行就到处说以显示自己融入美国文化了。跟你老板说what's up就好象叫
他dude一样不合礼仪。
可以说how is it going, how are you.
what's up这类话非常随便,适合“哥们”之间说。就算你去开会碰到同级的人,就应
该避免这类话。

The way Mr. O to assign SO totally make sense to me, unless we can find the
law to support our arguement. From what I read so far, there is no clear law
on this. JWE poinited out something like there is no law indicating on
assignning SO based on PD, then which rule should Mr. O follow on assigning
SO ? based on percentage of Indian and Chinese ?
If Mr. O follows what some of us suggestion to assign SO by percentage, then
