发帖数: 3320 | 1 新deck就简单多了，连power washer都不需要，用一个好点的garden nozzle，然后用
个刷子清洗干净一下就行。既然是新deck，尽量要刷的好一点。stain比油漆要好刷多
了，买一个宽一点的刷子，注意要刷两层，wet to wet，就是第一层没有干的时候就刷
第二层，避免刷的太厚，要不然干的太慢了。如果剩下的stain可以过一年再来一层加
强一下。第一层用料最多，因为渗透到木头里面，后面的几层就很省涂料了，也就是用
第一层一半的用量。纹路不需要特别处理，但是有疙瘩的地方更容易干裂。颜色稍微深
一点的对木头保护更好，也更容易遮盖木头疙瘩的纹路。建议你买几个样品先试一试就
有数了。 |

跟着imore的帖子排除了水泵的原因，最后确定是冷凝管堵塞导致。。。
然后放狗搜了下，发现老外说需要wet vac去吸冷凝管。。
家里只有一般的dry vac，不知道能用来洗冷凝管不？
如果买个wet vac的话，大家有推荐的牌子吗？ |

1. lift the wet carpets, remove the soaked padding underneath;
2. rent blowers from HomeDepot and blow the wet carpet until dry;
3. place new carpet padding
4. put carpet back
I tried renting a rug doctor to suck water before step 1, but found it very
hard to suck all water from paddings, so replace is better. you can buy it
from HomeDepot.

说明堵的地方在三者联通后的支管，连到主排污管（sewer pipe）之前。
把马桶拆了，snake进去大约13feet，可以弄出来少量碎纸和其他丝状东西。搞了半天
也不行。 （我用的是细的那种叫Auger的snake，粗的应该不行吧？会损坏管道？）
从距离上看，也说明堵的地方在三者联通后的支管，连到主排污管（sewer pipe）之前。
用wet vac往里面吹气，情况很奇怪。
从马桶底部的管道吹，堵住sink和洗衣机的下水管。sink处感觉到水压，如果不压住水
就喷出来了。可是洗衣机下水管感觉不到水压。
从洗衣机下水管吹，堵住sink和马桶管。一开始sink处和马桶底部感觉到水压，10秒后
然后水压就没有了。
按理说，wet vac的水压不小了，什么clog这么顽固啊？

水平要求很高，想请教一下几个指标：
我一开之关注了DK 值，觉得越高越好，所以要求用HDS 100， DK 100的材料；后来查
到说DK越高，折射率越低，镜片越厚，这个也还能接受。现在看到说明书上还有
wetting angle(receding angle) and wetting angle ( contact angle ),HDS-100 和
HDS 这两项值差好多，不知道是高好还是低好？
还有一个basic curve的问题，最先试戴的是8.04的，复查的时候改成了8.13的，这个
说明什么呢？我的眼睛很大，diameter用9.2mm是否合适？
现在平时带着觉得挺舒服的，比软镜好很多，没那么干。据说这种眼镜还能防止近视加
深，而且年纪老了也有bifocal的。最大的坏处就是对医生的要求非常非常高，心里总
很很不放心。还有晚上开车感觉有眩光，这个和我的度数高有关系，但是我散光只有75
，医生说不能特地做到眼镜上，只能调低了我的近视度数，也不知道能不能看清。我觉
得这种眼镜很不错的，不想带框架眼镜 |

医生说没有破水，还没有labor迹象, 是normal spotting，问了护士，说bloody show
一般血量应该更大一点，不是就几涕，破水一般也是continously wet，不是象我这样
一点点wet就停了

学习之后知道了，还真不能乱吃，
每天营养要均衡：
－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
12－24个月的娃，
Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶
－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
当然娃跟娃不同，这就是个大概的概念，我家妞是远远吃不到这个量的，所以具体咱们当娘的自己调整。

她从不到一岁就开始不愿意尿裤子，戴着纸尿裤都不愿意尿，有时候憋得大哭，然后尿

我也是知道有冒险的地方，所以来灭草的。尤其不喜欢他们的的外语教学理念。不过自
己比较较真，要给足够的理由才放弃。
不懂美术教学，觉得他们的wet on wet 挺美的。朋友的孩子在华德福学校，她是学美
术的，有展览，比较成功，她很喜华德福的美术教学。
是挺贵的，不过有一些华德福家庭教育的材料，一些人选择自己教了。

”我个人觉得最理想的是给娃营造一个特别简单的环境，固定朋友圈，少量阅读和功课，
大量户外活动，有植物动物可以饲养和观察的。最后一个比较难搞，好在老二要出生了

我自己tour过我这里的waldorf，实地感觉不是很好，宗教气氛挺浓的，面子功夫挺多
的，感觉比较极端，我个人不喜欢太极端的理念。
哦，他们比较强调的美术修养什么的，跟我一起tour的一个学建筑设计的妈妈看了他们
的美术课堂和作品，说基本的画法都错误。
我看的那家，教室十分暗，还挂着帘子，黑板就是木板型的，跟我们小时候一样，不知
道后排如何看清。
