church有言论自由一样，Kennedy也可以判MA州有State Sovereignty，现实是在几个
州marriage已经被重新定义。DOMA的Section 2强调State Sovereignty，而Section
3剥夺State Sovereignty，在90年代可以不追究它的逻辑，而现在一点不讲逻辑是越
来越不行了。联邦终究要承认STATE MARRIAGE，到2016年MA的同性婚姻已经12年了。
另外，如果OBAMA能连任，最高法院的构成也不是一点没可能变的更好，也许就不用命
悬Kennedy这一根线了。
关于CU还是MARRIAGE，你可能要BENEFITS就行了，但是人家反的是marriage和任何类似
marriage，HI和WA就是例子。少要点，就能早点close the deal？还是多要点，至少能
得到点？我不知道。

the federalist right, while the former is strictly anti-gay, the latter
actually recognizes and respects state sovereignty. But again, on issues
regarding DOMA, these twpo sectors of conservative america might be
discordant, but on the gay issues in general, they do share similar negative

完全合法.想干涉言论自由者,即使抓住同志为借口,也会受到法律的制裁.连死人都不放

Topeka)西波罗浸礼会(Westboro Baptist Church)的反同性恋示威者曾经在一名美军士
兵的葬礼上举行抗议，认为是上帝降罪于美军，惩罚同性恋者。这些示威者随后被死者
家属告上了法庭，美国高院近日却裁定，示威属于“言论自由”范畴，并无不妥。
据报道，在美国高院进行的最终裁定中，9名法官以8-1的绝对优势认为尽管这些言
论“非常伤人”，但如果处罚这些示威者，就等于是在处罚“自由言论”。
尽管马里兰州在该事件发生之后修改了法律，对葬礼上的示威行为进行了限制，但

苹果创办人贾伯斯过世，全球的苹果迷们都同声哀悼，但美国堪萨斯州一个反同性恋教
会，却打算去他的丧礼闹场。
这个着名的反同志教会「西波罗浸信会」(Westboro Baptist Church)在官网写道：「
感谢主!贾伯斯死了!」，并声明要去贾伯斯丧礼上抗议。「西波罗浸信会」一向公开谴
责同性婚姻，他们认为贾伯斯该为同性婚姻负责。
教会创办人的女儿费尔普斯(Margie Phelps)本周2早上也在推特(Twitter)上指责说：
「他(贾伯斯)有一个相当广大的平台，却没用来荣耀神，反而教导人们走向罪恶。」她

Reports say the 24-year-old Daniel Zamudio was reportedly tortured for an
hour by his attackers, who stubbed cigarettes out on him, carved swastikas
into his body, and mutilated him in other way.
Mr. Zamudio died after 25 days after being viciously assaulted by a group of
alleged neo-Nazis in a Santiago park.
