成立行会的必要性
目前amazon卖家的退货越来越多，除了正常退货之外，越来越多的evil amazon、evil
中医卖家的行为被揪了出来。这种行为后果非常严重：
1. amazon不一定会全部赔偿，直接造成被evil的卖家的经济损失；
2. 直接导致amazon收紧reimbursement政策，以后符合正常的reimbursement政策的
FBA
退货也会被amazon拒绝赔付，给正常卖家造成了间接经济损失，并且这种政策的收紧，
是不可逆的；
3. 降低了evil医生的退货损失，即降低了它的成本，成本低容易导致更加肆无忌惮的
跳水；同时将退货的损失转嫁给正常卖家，导致正常卖家退货成本增加，更加无法用有
竞争力的价格出货，如果不加以制止，长此以往，正常卖家将无法生存，evil通过这种
非正常手段挤掉正常卖家，最终将会导致整个ebiz生态环境遭到灭顶之灾。
行会成立目的：坚决打击evil，促进中医之间的团结合作

2. 不恶意修改产品list
3. 求货要标明价格
