GP100贵很多，但据说一分钱一分货，质量还是要好一些。做家防，可靠性第一。还有
，买枪不光是买tool也是买toy，更喜欢S&W 686一点。
几个问题请教。
686和686P是不是就是6和7 rounds的区别？还有其他不同吗？那个key lock很不喜欢，
是不是现在的686和686P都有key lock，还是只有686P才有？
还有，这个枪现在有什么deal吗？

形成的，这样的磨损恐怕要几百发才能磨出来。

There seems to be some confusion about this model, as it is an "illuminated
dot" version of the gun and isn't specifically shown on Smith and Wesson's
website... I believe it to be otherwise identical to the thumb safety model.
I actually ordered this gun earlier this week from buds for $452... oops.
I know nothing of the seller, but they seem to have a decent website and
have decent reviews elsewhere...

Glock Gen4就是最新的例子。我的感觉是Smith Wesson的枪会有些不大不小毛病，和一
些大厂家一样量大质控就不时会有些问题，客服很好，而且再送回去修的话就经过比较
有经验的熟练工手里而不是量产时不需要什么经验的人。Performance Center的枪本身
就做的比较细些，手工介入多些。
不管Smith Wesson的技术是偷是抢，其双动转轮枪一直是大家用来比较其它品牌转轮的
标准。半自动手枪可以说Smith Wesson以前的金属枪身产品不错但知名度不高，塑料枪
身枪Sigma属于失败的，M&P属于成功的。栓动枪不清楚，AR系列做得还不错。
以前Smith Wesson，还有Ruger有点站在政府禁枪一头估计都是人在江湖身不由己，造
枪谁不想多卖枪呀。AWB一结束，它和Ruger不都痛改前非了吗。
对我来说，要完全信任Smith Wesson的枪可能还要再经过考验，但平时玩我觉得没有什

7. 具体推荐型号
这是最常见的问题。这个问题本身真的是很难回答，就好比有从来没开过车的人跑来问
，买什么牌子的车最好？这是个很复杂的问题。
考虑到本文是给那些急于买枪自卫的朋友们看的，所以我把这个问题简化一下，不给那
么多眼花缭乱的选择了，免得大家看晕了。
1）霰弹枪推荐
霰弹枪基本上是两个口径：
12Gauge （12GA）和20GA
Action有3种：
Pump （泵动式，或者叫推拉式，就是每打完一发需要手动推拉一下枪机）
semi-auto 半自动，只需要扣扳机就行了
另外，就是双管的，不过估计你不会选，两发弹的容量太小了
Pump的优点是机械上简单可靠，价格便宜。但是人为犯错误的可能性增加，比如因为推
拉枪栓不到位而导致卡壳，严重的时候会卡得很厉害。但是只要没有人为操作失误，就
没问题。
