“As i was driving down Greenbriar yesterday from 59 I was flagged down by a
car full of "folks" who were gesturing and pointing to my right rear tire.
Seemed it was on the verge of coming off (as I was informed when we were

Mayor Sylvester Turner told CNN.
DeSai was a lone gunman who was disgruntled over matters at the law firm
where he worked, according to the mayor, who said he'd been briefed on the
shooting by police. DeSai practiced business, criminal and family law,
