一站。橙线早晨高峰期地铁3分钟一班，10分钟就到downtown非常方便，去Cambridge在
downtown crossing转红线也很方便
小区及周围环境：小区有有游泳池，健身房，网球场，直接可用的BBQ，台球室，小区
绿化非常好，有专门的人管理。是Wellington周围设施最好的小区了。小区的condo主
要是owner occupied，所以很安静，没有闲杂人等。马路对面是CVS，Walgreens,很多
餐馆，走路5-10分钟可以到Stop&Shop和Aldi。Costo，BJ和Target在开车3分钟路程内
。Super88(香港店）开车5分钟。购物非常非常的方便。附近还有两个公园，可以周末
跑步健身

The majority of the new station is already completed on Feb 2013. The

If I were you, I would rent for one more year; then get one of these $200k
condo next to the new T orange line station. Newer cheaper condo, less
