经济合作与发展组织（OECD）昨发布国际学生测评项目（PISA）结果，参与测评的上海
15岁在校生，在科学素养、阅读素养和科学素养3项评价中，均排首位，蝉联冠军。
该项目主要对接近完成基础教育的15岁学生进行评估，关注学生应用知识和技能解决实
际问题的能力，而不是考核学生对课程内容的掌握情况，旨在为改进各国教育提供可资
国际比较的数据信息，提供成功案例。
结果显示，中国上海学生3项评价的平均分为613分，远高于平均分494分。相比之下，
美国得分仅为481分，10年来成绩没有任何进步，始终徘徊在平均线上下。英国的成绩
也不容乐观，为494分，刚刚及格。
外国网友和熊丙奇都认为，中国学生缺乏创造力，千万别学中国的教育体制。
