particular的调查，没多少大data或者资金，report都很快扫到底，毕竟穷乡僻壤的州

Accuracy wise, military DMRs are built to 2 moa or better. An accurized m14
can shoot sub moa if the shooter is any good.
Ideally a hunting rifle shouldn't exceed a certain weight. Heavy barreled or
quad railed rifles would only weigh you down. Carrying a 6 lbs .308 bolt
action hunting rifle vs a 12 lbs semi auto target rifle is heaven and hell.

pull-down 270 lb. when I weighed
165 lb I could do up to 3 one-arm pull-ups. when I went on the ab crunch machines I always put on the
maximal weight. You don't have to tell me about
strength training. Do they help
with my running? I say no. In fact, I started to run faster with much less
injury when I stopped doing bench
press and squats and cut down my weight.

muscle size. even in terms of pure strength, there need to be no correlation
. When I weighed 165 lb a couple
years ago, I could do one-arm pull-ups. My arms didn't look much bigger than

most gym rats who weigh 200 lb with big arms cannot pull down 165 lb with

30's. I run my first half marathon in 2:02 in 2002. In 2010, I run my first
marathon in 3:23.
I now weigh around 140 lbs and run half marathon under 1:37. Come back to
running. You can do it. Also I will be running my first Boston Marathon in
2012. Let me know if anyone wants to do weekend long runs around Boston. |

gym, lots of people are around, so it is very easy to stay
